monoevents

Ballywalter fun day festival 17th Jul Overall 1*, id put minuses if I could 5* for the young lad on the bouncy castles was such a gentleman, couldn't fault him at all, great with parents and kids. Older man on the harnessed trampolines should not work with children at all. He was very unpleasant. My little girl is almost 3 and a little timid of people she doesnt know. Makes perfect sense. This man came over to put the harness on (of course, this is his job), she immediately got upset as a stranger was coming at her quickly and before I could even explain to her he needed to put it on her, he said very abruptly "ok no, next!" And shooed us away. He didnt give any opportunity to explain what he needed to do to a child and there was certainly time as there was only 2 people behind me in the queue. It would have taken 10 seconds at most. "MonoEvents is a family run business with over 20 years experience in the industry. We have the know how and attention to detail to provide you with the right equipment for your party or event" on this occasion...absolutely not, avoid if you have young children or children with additional needs. Disappointing experience for a company claiming to be family run business.

We hired the 40ft assault course yesterday for a 60th wedding anniversary! The kids were thoroughly entertained all afternoon. Ages ranging from 3 to 14 (and a few of the adults couldn’t resist a wee go…) Delivered on time. Philip and the team were lovely. Value for money and would definitely use again 🥳
