Timeless Luxury Creations

We booked the TLC pancake stand for our daughter’s Winter ONEderland first birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic. The pancakes were delicious with a great variety of flavours, including eggless options, which was much appreciated. The stand looked beautiful and the service was excellent throughout. The selfie pod provided was also a big hit with our guests. We received so many compliments and would highly recommend. Thank you so much again! 😊

The pancake cart service was enjoyed by our guests and worked well on the day. However, the audio guest phone and selfie pod saw very little engagement - most guests didn't understand what they were or how to use them, and there was no real effort from the team to promote either beyond being present in a separate room. When I raised this afterwards, I was told guest participation was "outside their control" and that it wasn't their role to actively encourage use, despite these being paid-for features I'd specifically planned for. There was no wedding planner on the day, so the suggestion that promoting the services fell to one didn't apply. When I asked for a partial refund for these specific services, it was declined. Disappointing experience for what should have been highlights for our guests.

Timeless luxury creations were great, they attended our wedding and the communication was great. We had a Dutch pancake cart hire and a photobooth hire for weddings and it was great. I definitely recommend. We will be hiring the 360 booth next

The pancake cart was a great addition to my husbands 40th! Everyone commented how lovely the team were serving and the pancakes weee delicious. The Photo Booth also was fab! Thank you

We hired Timeless Luxury Creations for a birthday party and couldn’t be happier! The photo booth and pancake cart were such a hit – everyone was talking about how much fun they had. The ladies running everything were so friendly, helpful, and really made the experience feel special. The personalised detail on the pancake cart was such a thoughtful extra touch that made the night even more memorable. Honestly, they were fantastic from start to finish – highly recommend!

I attended a 1st birthday party today as Ms Rachel (Enchanted Moments) and I was kindly offered some pancakes from their amazing pancake cart! The ladies were so lovely and professional and the pancakes were so tasty!!! 👌 definitely recommend for your special occasions 🙏🥳😍

TLC was absolutely fantastic, the team were amazing & so professional. We booked them for an event & they made it hassle free. TLC amazed us with their quality of food, we had the pancakes & chats which were absolutely delicious & very reasonable on price. They made our experience memorable with their selfie pod, 360 & phone booth. Will definitely book them again & highly recommend.
