Glenskirlie Castle

We honestly couldn't have picked a better venue than Glenskirlie for our wedding day. From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly and the whole team were fantastic. A special mention has to go to Ryan, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the planning and on the day itself. He was calm, organised, and always one step ahead, which really helped keep everything stress-free for us. We visited alot in the run up, and it was never any problem, we always felt welcome. Nicole and Jen were also amazing. They were so attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they helped the day flow perfectly from start to finish. The venue itself looked stunning, the food was excellent, and the service was spot on throughout the day and evening. We had so many guests comment on how well-run everything was and how beautiful the venue is. We're so grateful to the whole team at Glenskirlie for playing such a huge part in making our wedding day so special and memorable. Euan & Holly

Went for afternoon tea a birthday gift . Nobody to greet us had to look for assistance. Waited ages for tea only to be told they didn't have the one we wanted which was on the menu. Coffee eventually arrived half way through the afternoon tea. Asked if we would like to sample soup which we took to find it was very over salted and didn't know we had to pay for it until after we were given menu. Sandwiches ok 4 very small bite sized cakes and stale scone. Sausage rolls greasy. Other 2 tables left so it was just us Nobody came to see if we needed anything or if we were enjoying . A member of staff eventually appeared after about 20 mins completely ignored us so I had to ask for top up Coffee and for our prosecco which was included. We were then left again no one appeared as we wanted to take our remaining little cakes home but couldn't find anyone so we just left totally dissatisfied with the whole afternoon. Did not expect this kind of service from this kind of establishment. Worst afternoon Tea we have had and would certainly not recommend.

We had the most wonderful wedding at Glenskirlie and this is why.. The venue was absolutely stunning, it does look like something out a fairytale, our guests couldn’t stop commenting on it. The location still feels central for guests coming from all over. Ryan as the wedding coordinator answered every question we had (big or small!) he was a very integral part of our day going so smoothly. He adapted around what we wanted and every ask was never too big. The planning process was really stress free which lead to us being very relaxed on the day. The great service didn’t stop there, the housekeeping came in the night before / morning off and attended to the bridal suite to tidy up and give us anything we needed. Which meant getting back in our room at 12 and it being clean was an absolute treat. The night manager also attended to us without an issue when we needed a new pull out bed too and delivered breakfast right to our door! The staff were so accommodating, helping us set up the ceremony room the night before and just offering additional set of hands. They were also great at making venoms which our guests decided that was the drink of the night! 😂 In terms of wedding package (Booked July 2025), you really get a lot of value for money! The fact they charge the same 7 days a week is unheard of and the food, quality of service and the amount within the initial package is great value for money. We truly had the perfect day and couldn't have asked for a better venue. We would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful place to celebrate their wedding.
