We were running a little behind schedule, but they were incredibly accommodating and adjusted everything without any fuss, which really helped take the stress off our day. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Simon was so friendly, professional, and great with all of our guests. Everyone had an amazing time using the photo booth, and the quality of the photos was excellent. It was such a fun addition to our wedding, and we now have some brilliant memories to look back on. He was always quick to respond, answered every question we had, and made the whole booking process easy. The pricing was very reasonable too, which made them an even easier choice. On the day of our wedding, they were punctual, professional, and most importantly, completely reliable. After being let down by another supplier on our wedding day, it really made us appreciate just how trustworthy Simon and his team were. They arrived exactly when they said they would, had everything set up on time, and the photo booth was ready to go without any stress. A huge thank you to Barry, who ran the booth on the night. He was an absolute pleasure to have there. So friendly, approachable, and brilliant with all of our guests. (Especially the kids) Everyone commented on how lovely he was. Unfortunately, because another supplier failed to turn up, parts of our evening had to be rearranged and we ended up losing some of our photo booth time. Barry very kindly stayed an extra 30 minutes at the end of the night to make sure we still got to enjoy it, despite having absolutely no obligation to do so. That gesture meant so much to us. The service didn’t stop there either. After the wedding, Simon reached out personally to check how we were and to offer his sympathy for everything we’d experienced with the other supplier. That level of genuine care and customer service is so rare these days and really shows how much they value their clients. They had loads of props to choose from, and they provided a guest book where everyone could stick in their photos and leave us messages.
