BBcastle Hire

Hired a Frozen Bouncy castle for my daughters 4th birthday, staff are ever so lovely and polite! Set up was so quick, and so was the collection! Kids had a fab time on the bouncy castle! Thank you so much for helping make my daughters birthday so special! Excellent service, will definitely use again in the future! Customer service is outstanding too! 😊

I ordered this slush machine for my son's wedding and it worked fantastically. The slush was ready in less than an hour and was refilled and used again after half an hour. The guests really enjoyed it. The company was friendly and had great communication. They delivered it, set it up, and took it all away so I didn't have to do anything.

We’ve used BB Castle Hire a number of times now, and they’re honestly one of the better jumping castle companies in Leicester. The delivery was prompt, friendly and completely hassle-free. They brought the jumping castle into the backyard, set everything up properly and made sure all the pegs were securely in the ground. Everything was safe and well set up, including the waterproof plugs and connections. They also gave us clear and helpful instructions on how to look after the castle throughout the day. He said they would pick it up after 5pm, and they came hassle-free just before 7pm and picked everything up. Most importantly, the kids absolutely loved it, and we were really happy with the whole service. Great communication, professional setup and quality equipment. We’ve used BB Castle Hire quite often and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to hire a jumping castle or similar activities in Leicester. Highly recommended!

We hired this company for our daughter’s 1st birthday party, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. All of the children had an amazing time, and it really was the highlight of the party. Even the parents commented on how much fun everyone was having! Their friendly, professional service made the whole experience stress-free, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for helping make our daughter’s first birthday so special. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality bouncy castle hire and will definitely be using you again in the future!

We hired the bouncy castle and soft play package from BB Castle Hire for my children's birthday party. My son loved his paw patrol bouncy castle and all the children attending really enjoyed themselves. We received brilliant service from the time of booking to the delivery. The staff were really friendly and we're happy to help with any queries. Would definitely recommend BB Castle Hire and we would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you BB Castle Hire

Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding!!! From start to finish my questions were answered incredibly quickly. When the step up came they were so respectful so friendly and happy to meet my requests to reposition the bouncy castle. Even on collection there I treated how the party was and if we were happy with the service. I can not fault the service at all and beyond happy to have gone with them. Thank you and really looking forward to hiring again in the future!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all at BBcastleHire for today. Ari had an absolutely amazing time with his Mario bouncy castle and all his friends. It was a bit touch and go about whether it would fit, but we got there and I am so grateful for the effort that went far beyond what was expected to make today happen. We will definitely be booking again and certainly recommend BBcastle Hire to everybody we know who’s looking for bouncy castle hire. Staff that are experienced, brilliant and enthusiastic about what they do. Many Thanks for the Amazing Memories we have of a great day
