Prior to our party, communication via text, email, and phone was excellent to ensure our requests were met. Rachael was extremely helpful with the guests at the party. Rachel from Hadwin Events' is fabulous! Everything is set up professionally and run's smoothly from start to finish. We used Hadwin Events for our wedding reception, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Rachael’s service was absolutely excellent. Here is why they deserve more than 5 stars: Stress-Free Coordination: Rachael took so much pressure off our shoulders by liaising directly with our venue. Her communication was crystal clear throughout, meaning we didn't have to worry about a single logistical detail on our big day. A Huge Hit with Guests: The photo booth was packed all night! Our guests absolutely loved the props and had the best time taking photos. It was a major highlight of our reception. Lightning-Fast Turnaround: We were amazed to receive all of our images by the very next day via email, followed by a memory stick. Rachael was fantastic to work with! She’s very organised and was great at communicating everything both with us and our wedding venue, so we felt very relaxed knowing she had things sorted. The circle selfie light was a big hit at our wedding and we love having the photos and videos to look through. Rachael also organised our guestbook and encouraged guests to add their photos and messages which was so helpful! I would highly recommend working with her 🙂

Rachael very kindly donated a photo booth to a charity fundraiser I organised for Swan Women’s Centre which she came and set up for me even though she was already having to set up for a wedding fair in another part of the city. The quality of photos and ease of using the machine was absolutely brilliant - especially given I’m a complete technophobe. She then returned to clear all away after the events. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She also had a photo booth at a wedding I did and again this was a hit with the guests. She has such a lovely, fun and warm way about her and any time I see her at events she always brings the laughter and passion for what she does! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rachael for her services - she really is a gem.
