We would highly recommend booking The Rustic Wedding Company to style your wedding venue. Lesley and Gemma were both super helpful and supportive of all our requests and ideas as well as suggesting their own ideas based on their expert knowledge. The showroom visit was brilliant and really helped us bring our ideas to life...it's safe to say we changed basically everything when we were there! On the day of the wedding they worked excellently with our florist to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Our guests all said how beautiful everything looked and we were so happy with the outcome!

Lesley and Gemma were fantastic. It was clear from the initial consultation that they really understood our vision and venue, having worked with them lots of times before. We bought the bespoke package and the experience was very much bespoke - whatever we asked for, they worked with us to make it happen! They walked us through their showroom and we could pick out what we wanted and they had a good variety of decor to offer. When our vision became clouded, they provided excellent recommendations and advice tailored to our venue. They then mocked up one of our tables in our final details appointments so we could see what it all looked like before the big day and make any final adjustments. They were both meticulous with double checking details, which meant that we could catch anything recorded in error in good time! On the day, the set up was seamless and everything was exactly what we hoped for and wanted. Not to mention, the fresh flowers for the bouquets absolutely BLEW me away - how beautiful!!! Hilariously, one of my bridesmaids captured a photo of my reaction when they were brought in, which I’ve included below 🤣

The Rustic Wedding Company were amazing! Super friendly and gave us gifts at the appointments and really helped our vision come to life! They did all our flowers, table settings, welcome boards and seating plan and decorated the ceremony and it all looked amazing. They really make you feel special and at ease. We were a bit picky about some colours and fonts and they didn’t mind at all and changed designs etc. to suit our needs! They set everything up without a hitch and also took it all away at the end of the day. So many people compliment our flowers and decor and I was so happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them 🙂

Right from the start, the communication was excellent. In our first planning meeting Lesley talked us through lots of details and various options, and really helped us to picture how it would all come together. At our VIP appointment, Gemma was wonderful, and seeing a preview of one of the tables was so exciting. We chose jewel tones for the flowers and table decorations, and everything looked stunning on the day! The flowers were all so beautiful, and we've had so many compliments on them. The RWC took all the stress out of planning the small details too, like place cards and the order of the day, and even the little bags of confetti for each guest, were in the colours we’d chosen. The Rustic Wedding Company were an absolute dream to work with. From our very first call, they were so informative and really helped us shape a vision of how we wanted our wedding to look and feel. Throughout the planning process, they stayed in touch and made everything effortless. Even though we weren’t able to visit the showroom for a styling appointment, they were brilliant at working with us over email—making sure every detail was confirmed well in advance of the big day. They also created my bouquet and the bridesmaids’ bouquets, which were absolutely stunning. The flower arch at our ceremony was a real highlight for us—it looked magical and so many of our guests commented on it. The reception décor was just perfect; they styled everything beautifully while weaving in all of our personal touches in such a thoughtful way. We honestly couldn’t have been happier with how everything looked. The service felt so personal, and the value for what we received was incredible. We almost didn't book a wedding stylist, and thank goodness we did and thank goodness we booked The Rustic Wedding Company. Lesley, Gemma and the team completely got the vision from day one and from my garbled Pinterest images I would share, asking to combine one idea with another. We planned our wedding from New Zealand (British Bride/Kiwi Groom) and I was not concerned a little bit about how it would all come together. We wanted lemon yellow chair drapes and the team didn't have these in stock. This was not an issue however, as Lesley found the fabric, ensured it was the right shade and then messaged me to let me know she'd sourced the goods! We are just so relieved that we booked the Rustic Team. They delivered the vision perfectly, I couldn't stop looking around our wedding breakfast at how it all looked. The team arrived on site the day before, set everything up, was on site on the day to help move things around and then turned up to pack down the next day. We could be so hands off, because they had everything in hand that it meant we could be really present and relax with our families and guests. There was no asking our family and friends to set things up, they just got to enjoy themselves. We also used Rustic to provide some extra faux flowers and they worked so beautifully with our florist to ensure they all matched. In our opinion it all looked amazing. Rustic were worth every penny we spent! We highly recommend!

We honestly couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting for our wedding day. The outdoor ceremony space was absolutely stunning and created the most magical backdrop for us to say "I do." Then, walking into the hall for our wedding breakfast, we were completely blown away by how beautifully everything had been transformed. From our very first meeting with Lesley, we knew we were in safe hands. We spent time exploring different ideas and options, and Lesley was incredibly patient, creative, and helpful in pulling everything together. She really listened to what we wanted, offered wonderful suggestions, and helped turn our ideas into something even more beautiful than we had imagined.✨ Every detail was perfect and reflected exactly what we had envisioned. The flowers for the bridal party were simply breathtaking – my bouquet was everything I had dreamed of, and the bridesmaids' flowers were just as beautiful. The buttonholes for the groom and groomsmen were equally perfect and finished everything off so elegantly. We even requested corsages for mother of the bride and groom, all beautiful! From start to finish, Lesley's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does made the entire process completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear how much care had gone into every element of our day. The team on the day were honestly 10/10 setting out any additional bits we brought along too!🥰 Thank you for helping make our wedding so special and unforgettable. We received so many compliments from our guests about both the décor and the flowers, and we are so grateful that you brought our vision to life so perfectly.
