The Glow Sphere Ltd

Terrible experience with this company. I hired a photo mirror for my wedding. However, I was advised the NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING that the mirror was broken. I did initially believe this - things happen. However weeks later I still did not receive the refund that was promised and the supplier stopped responding to any form of communication. It then took me 3 months to claim my money back by using a charge back from my credit card provider. This supplier even had the nerve to challenge the charge back!! If you are looking to hire something for an important event, I would suggest taking note of my review before parting with any money.

I couldn't have asked for a better team to handle the music and entertainment for my event! From the very beginning, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. The music selection was perfect, creating an amazing atmosphere that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. Their attention to detail, energy, and ability to read the crowd made the event truly unforgettable. I received so many compliments from my guests about the fantastic music and overall experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional entertainment and outstanding service. Thank you for making my event so special!

Glow Sphere provided the Photo Booth for our wedding. They were professional, easy to deal with, came with props, a guest book and the output was great quality. Most of all they were great value too.

We had the Magic Mirror at our wedding and it was a huge hit with our guests. Everyone loved it and the photos turned out great. The setup looked lovely and the team were friendly and professional from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding.

Avoid this company. They were booked for our wedding but never turned up on the day. We had no warning and no attempt to contact us. What’s even worse is that it has now been 3 weeks and they are still ignoring all messages and emails and still have our money. Being let down on such an important day was stressful enough but the complete lack of communication and accountability afterwards is unacceptable.
