Eden 360 Hire

We hired the 360 video for my daughter's wedding. From first contact Comms were excellent, detailed and quick response times,very re-assuring. On the night, the service was brilliant, they turned-up on time and did a great job. Set-up and take-down was quick and efficient. I would like to say special thanks to Marilyn who handled our booking and to the chap who was managing people on and off the equipment. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but I certainly noticed he had excellent people skills. Managing a crowd of tipsy wedding guests into an organised queue and on and off equipment takes some special skills. Our guests loved using the 360 and I would definitely look to book with this business again.

Marilyn was absolutely brilliant, accommodating from start to finish. I can’t thank Eden360 enough for their hospitality. All of the party guests had the best time, so many laughs the whole way through. The videos were sent to us that same evening and I had such a giggle looking back at them. Thanks guys. We will definitely look at booking you again for our next event.

Eden 360 were brilliant at my husbands 40th party. So friendly and easy to communicate with. We got to pick our background and 3 tracks for the booth which made it special. The photos and memories we got from the experience are incredible. Such a fun thing to have at a party. We loved it!

Booked for my daughters 12th birthday from beginning to end it ran so smooth, professionally and so friendly all details were given what i needed. Everyone from.old to young was up doing videos and was made to feel so comfortable and props were great addition. Everyone said how great it was and they want it for their parties I can't recommend you enough thank you so much for the extra details to make so many memories. Definitely will be using again. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I remembered how awful my experience actually was. Communication before the event was great and Marlyn seemed lovely. I didn’t shop around — they were the first to pop up on Google, replied quickly, and I booked. I asked 3–4 times before the event if props would be provided, and every time I was told "yes." On the day? No props at all. No heads-up, no apology. Guests kept asking where they were and got blunt responses from the booth operator. Several guests — including my sister who is incredibly easy going— commented that the man running it seemed annoyed and unfriendly, which made things awkward. They could clearly see I was running around organising food and decorations, yet still acted rudely to my guests. When I raised it afterwards, I was told it was my fault for not mentioning it on the day (despite confirming multiple times beforehand) and that the props had been "left in London." Not my problem — especially as I had changed the event date and was specifically charged an extra fee to cover their travel from London to Milton Keynes. If I’m paying extra for that journey, the least they could do is bring the agreed props. Instead of owning the mistake, Marlyn changed the subject to brag about providing a speaker I never asked for as we had our own already. Then she claimed props are "free" — something never mentioned before. If I’d known that, I’d have brought my own instead of my guests making do with party decorations. She also refused even a slight refund, saying I only hired them because they were "the cheapest" — completely untrue. I booked them simply because they were the first to respond. And the icing on the cake? Days later, I was spammed with calls and texts asking where I got my samosas I served at the party from — including while I was in hospital. Disorganised, unprofessional, and a terrible attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
