Machine wasn't working at all. No sign up saying so, so spent 10 minutes getting toddler happy and ready to go in for a passport photo - staff were indifferent and did nothing to let me know. Eventually staff said that it hadn't been working for several weeks and they had no idea when it would be fixed!

The machine didn’t accept any of my three cards. The boots personnel came to help after 15 mins just to say machine could be broken as it is sometimes broken. So I guess this machine is not fully functional most of the time and no one cares.
