This photo booth is located inside Morrisons. I understand that there is no staff support available to help with taking photos, which is fine. However, the experience was disappointing. They take the money before and then booth gives only 3 chances to take photos. On the screen, the photos looked clear and good, but when the print came out, all the photos were completely blurry. That was very frustrating. I waited inside Morrisons hoping to speak to a manager. My main concern was simple at-least the screen or camera area should be clean, or there should be tissues available so customers can clean it themselves. Unfortunately, there wasn’t even a tissue box nearby. The next morning, I called the helpline. They advised me to visit the ME Group International website instead. After submitting the request and waiting around 10 days, I finally received my £10 refund. It’s a bit funny now, but I wanted to share my experience so others don’t face the same issue. Hopefully, cleanliness and maintenance can be improved.
