The Chocolate Well

Aftab was very professional and efficient from the beginning! He accommodate all my request and my budget! The rolled Ice cream was a huge hit to everyone in the party! Everyone talked about it! The nachos added extra touch on the night! So worth it adding these service on my husbands birthday party! The photos will say it all! Thank you chocolate wells!

The team at The Chocolate Well were outstanding for my daughter’s 9th birthday! Amazing customer service from the minute we booked and such a pleasure on the day. So friendly, flexible and amazing mini dutch pancakes! I would recommend them everytime and cannot wait to use them again!

Absolutely incredible experience! We ordered the chocolate fountain with dips for a 50th birthday party. From start to finish, Aftab exceeded all expectations. He was professional and responded to emails in good time. The setup was flawless—sleek, elegant, and instantly became the centerpiece of our event. The chocolate itself was rich, smooth, and of the highest quality, with guests constantly going back for more. The team was professional, punctual, and attentive, making sure everything ran seamlessly throughout the evening. They provided a wide variety of dipping options—fresh fruit, marshmallows, waffles, and even some creative surprises—that paired perfectly with the fountain. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the way they went above and beyond to make the experience special. Everyone left talking about how much they loved it, and it truly elevated the atmosphere of our celebration. They even gave us some chocolate and dipping pieces to take home which we were delighted about.

We had the ice cream, candy floss and mini pancake stations at our wedding and they were a huge hit with our guests! The mini pancakes were absolutely delicious, and the team even brought some over to our stage for us to try, which was such a thoughtful touch. What stood out most was how warm, friendly and genuine they were throughout the day. They brought such a lovely energy and were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for something a little different and memorable for their event. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special!

We hired The Chocolate Well for our event, booking both their ice cream roll cart and hot dog cart, and they were an absolute hit! The food and treats were incredible, but what truly set them apart was the outstanding service. Why We Highlighting The Chocolate Well: Exceptional Service: The two young boys operating the carts were exceptionally respectful, polite, and professional throughout the entire event. Great Craftsmanship: They executed everything brilliantly—watching them prepare the ice cream rolls was a fantastic show in itself, and the hot dogs were served fresh and delicious. Flawless Experience: Their hard work, efficiency, and positive attitude kept our guests delighted and the queues moving seamlessly. They genuinely went above and beyond to make our event special. I couldn't recommend The Chocolate Well more highly and will definitely be booking them again! Mariam

I can’t praise The Chocolate Well enough. They went above and beyond any vendor I have ever worked with. They maybe a family run business but have delivered a service you would expect from a scaled company. Very professional yet so personable. I had the pleasure of having Aftab and Nakeeya at my daughter’s 6th birthday with a waffle on stick stand and popcorn machine. Not only was the set up and products on offer of exceptional quality the way they handled our guests was beyond lovely. Not only did they deliver on contracted services they both ran to our aid when our little one had an accident and even helped us turn around the venue to ensure we received our deposit back. I can’t thank them enough for being a part of our party but also just being such reliable people. Loyal customers here for sure. Booking them wont be a regret by any means. Worth every penny and more!

We couldn't have asked for a better vendor for our Mehndi and Baraat! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The team was organised, punctual, and made the entire experience completely stress-free. The setup looked absolutely beautiful, and everything ran smoothly on the day. Our guests were so impressed, and we received countless compliments. It really helped make our celebrations even more special.
