Bounce A lot Northwest

We booked for a year 6 leavers party and paid a deposit. We recieved a message a couple of days prior asking what time qe wanted the bouncy castle. On the day we recieved no communication. We tried phoning and messaging, no response. Please advise when you intend to send a refund

We recently hired a football simulator for our wedding. Can’t recommend enough, easy booking, responded to emails really quickly, professional on the day, great with the children. Thankyou
