I was so shocked to learn that you sell rings from the display only and i couldn't find the size and your staff is something else, if they not willing to work and help customers they might as well resign
Had a great experience with them, their customer service is just great. Had to go and fix my watch there and it was quick and easy.
I had a very bad customer services at sterns carlton center just yesterday unfortunately none of them had name tags,no greetings whatsoever i had to greet them and ask for help..i wanted the gold minx african logo watch that is on 30%sale and no one knew about the sale they told me they only know about the silver one with necklace which is R800 and where i saw the sale i told them online,they told me maybe it only applies online.I told them i just confirmed from sterns ellof it is now sold out they said i must come here,they then told me to wait until electricity comes back so they will check for me it was 9 i waited until 12.still they couldn't see the special they decided to call other stores and they confirmed
Went in this morning to open an account and got told to come back at 10:30 because they are using a generator. I still cant make sense of that excuse the guy gave me.
