I've had mixed experiences at this place. The service seems to vary depending on the day, which is quite frustrating. On my last visit, I approached the owner's son about some products, but he didn't seem to have the best customer skills. Additionally, I bought a milktart today, and I was disappointed with it. The crust was extremely thin, and the filling was way too sweet for my taste. I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future.

Like most of the comments here, I had absolutely bad service and they have no management skills. Gave them several chances since they are friends of friends who needed the support but never again. Products are good if they sell it to you! Very small shop.

I bought some chocolate buns and an amazingly delicious pepper dew and spinach bread. It was the most amazing and deliciously soft and crunchy bread. My favourite bread and savoury bakery so far. I have yet to taste their cakes, but I'm sure they will keep up the great treats.

I drive from Randburg to Zainy''s for my baking fix. Everything is baked with home made goodness, and this is reflected in the quality and taste. I place my order a day in advance and everything is ready as promised. They have the best Koeksisters, Doughnuts and Caramel loaf, to name a few of my favourites.

They definitely lack people skills.. I had two encounters with rude management. They behave as if they doing you a favor and you getting things for free at their bakery, little do they realize that the only reason they still open is because of the support from their customers.

I have visited this bakery a few times now. I never ever complained or said anything and I felt I should support fellow Muslim people. However things have gone from bad to worse. I am not sure if the lady in parda is the owner/owner's wife but she and her son have no management skills. Their social and sale skills are terrible. Their rolls and confectionery aren't tasty. Initially I thought only I was being treated unfairly until I spoke to a few other people who shared the same sentiments. I'd rather use my petrol and drive to the alternate bakery then visit Zainys bakery ever again!
