W.A. Carr & Son

We had a great experience with WA Carr & Sons for my daughter’s birthday. They supplied the tents, games and outdoor heating for the evening, and the whole service from start to finish was excellent. The delivery team were really helpful, patient and happy to work with us to get the space set up exactly how we wanted it. Nothing felt rushed and they made sure everything was done properly. The office team were also fantastic, very helpful in guiding us on furniture choices for the day, and where some of our original requirements weren’t available for our date, they offered great alternatives that worked really well. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be using them again.

Another fab experience with WA Carr, super easy to order online and booking confirmation comes through very quickly. Delivery was on time and we were kept up to date on arrival times. All the items ordered were in great condition and we always love the vintage tableware. Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use them again. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for providing china, cutlery, glass and serving equipment for our 50th wedding anniversary lunch for 160 people last Saturday. Your performance has been superb throughout. Great equipment stock, perfect quality, timely delivery and pickup. Thank you. I look forward to the next time we can use you..

It was fairly late into the planning process when we realised we needed to bring in a satellite kitchen for one element of my client’s three day wedding. W.A. Carr were brought in at that stage and delivered exactly what was needed. From start to finish, communication was clear and straightforward, the process was smooth, and everything was handled with complete reliability. Setup and breakdown were both on time, with no issues at all on site. A genuinely faultless service. Thank you to the team. I would not hesitate to work with you again.

We have been using WA Carr & Sons for our events for many years, and they have always been extremely reliable and trustworthy. Their team is very supportive and always ready to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

W.A Carr & Son is your go to for EVERYTHING in events. As a wedding and event planner it is so important to have incredible companies like this to go to. I regularly recommend them to my clients and always go to them first for event hire and event production of all my wild ideas. I’ve worked with them for years and they only grow from strength to strength. Highly recommend. Connor in the office is also fantastic and so meticulous.

We hired some picnic benches, heaters and hay bales for a garden party in Bedfordshire. Whole experience start to finish was great. Easy to book, clear communication, solid updates via email and a phone call when on way to drop/pick up. Equipment was all in good condition. Very happy. 😊
