Placed an order for collection tomorrow. 10 quid for chicken dopiaza, rice, samosas and large chilli onion dip. Very friendly young woman took the order. Will update review with pics tomorrow. Excited as first time ordering from here. UPDATE: So I picked up my order - see the photos. The weight specified on the Dopiaza (200g) was wrong - was more like 380g. The pic of the plated-up meal is half of the dopiaza, rice and chilli onion dip; and 2 of the 5 samosas. I also bought two packs of 2 poppadums (£1 per pack) - no tincluded in the £10 I prepaid. First thing to say - the food was delicious. My only query is whether what I got was actually a Chicken Dopiaza. There was a lot of chicken but I didn't detect much onion (what Dopiaza is known for). Also the sauce was quite creamy so I assume it had yoghurt in. Not really what I expect (from experiences in other restaurants and takeaways) from a Dopiaza. I guess everyone has their own recipe... It was lovely though and will be finishing it off tonight. I'll definitely order again - you can't argue with the quality or the prices.

We ordered for 25 people for our 25th wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier. From ordering to the actual day was simple. Setting up on the day was carried out without any problems and we had time for a lovely chat. The food was fabulous as normal and all our guest thought so too. We had people from all over the country and they were all very impressed with the standard of food. My favourite starter is always the fish pakora. Thank you so much.

A colleaugue leaving brought in pakoras and bhajis from here. They have them in a fridge with lots of curries and rice for you to take home and microwave. I was driving past so went to get some. I had mushroom pakoras, cauliflower pakroas, onion bhajis, spinach and potato pakoras, all about £2 or £3, reasonably priced. All lovely! Good instrustions for reheat on packaging and allergy ingredient info on label too. Lovely welcoming staff and a fresh clean feel to the venue. Easy to get what you wanted. Cauliflower pakoras are highly recommended -how did they make this veggie sing so well??!!

This place showed up on my Facebook. … seen the great reviews so decided to try it … I got garlic chilli chicken, veg samosa , tandoori onion bhajs… First of all the place is very clean and the girl who served us in the shop was lovely and very friendly.. and the food was amazing and very reasonably priced … I will 1000% be back !

Wow.. what can i say! You guys have been amazing from the moment i got intouch with you regarding catering for my wedding.. Everything was BEAUTIFUL! The currys was absolutely one of the best, if not the best we have tasted, and we are picky with our curries 🤣. The chicken was so soft and wasnt dry, the sauce in both curries i got was perfect- some places can be quite watery. People kept pulling me up during the night saying how nice the curry was and people said it was "banging" 🤣 so i told everyone i got it from Spices and Rices in Batley! This was the 1st time using you from recommendations and now i see why loads recommend you! Il be back for more 😍 thankyou all once again.

The Bhajis are addictive! These guys catered for my husbands retirement party which was organised by his colleagues. The curries were great so I had to search out the company and I've just been to pick up a few dishes. Lovely food, lovely people.

Fantastic catering for our garden party for 100 guests. 2 starters, 2 curries and pilau rice served over 100 people . It was all delicious and brilliantly set up for service with warmers, salad and relish to go with it. All of our guests commented on how great it was - We will definitely be using you again.
