Birgit and her team did the catering for my wedding in April 2022. The food was amazing! It was a 100% vegan spread; with canapés, puddings and hot drinks. The staff at change kitchen are friendly and professional and the food is absolutely delicious. We got a lot of compliments throughout the day from happy guests who hadn't realised vegan food could taste so good! Any event you may have I definitely recommend them, and they do so much good in the local community you know your money is going somewhere which can benefit the wider community too. I ordered food, it was mixed bean chili. It was tasteless and expensive. It was expensive so I thought I would taste good. But issues with both quality as well as quantity. Bean chili is rubbish and not fresh at all with very little quantity of rice mixed with some sand particles.

I contacted Change Kitchen CIC while organising my mum's funeral; she was vegetarian and I was looking for an all vegetarian caterer to honour that part of her life. Birgit and her team could not have been more accommodating, friendly or understanding. She listened to my ideas and edited the initial quote after I changed my mind about the menu (a few times!). She was always patient and professional, providing a lot of detail in our communication. Tommy, the manager, liaised directly with my venue in Rugby to deliver the food on the day. This meant I was able to focus on the day and celebrating my mum. The food itself was fantastic and many of the guests commented on how nice it was. A few favourites were the pakoras, green beans and autumnal coleslaw. Birgit and her team catered for mine and my partner's wedding. The food was amazing and completely fitted the brief we gave to Birgit. She kept in regular contact in the run up to the wedding, and tailored and revised the menu to fit our needs. On the day, her team were brilliant and took care of our guests. Very disappointing. Met with birgit in April 23 made arrangements to receive a quote for a very large wedding booking with 3 meals over 2 days, have not heard from her or the manager since despite calls and texts, we have been ignored and not communicated with at all for over 2 months.
