I used Humsafar events for three of my main wedding events and I honestly couldn’t have been happier. My experience with this décor company was genuinely awful. The decorator clearly stated she would collect the décor the next morning at 10am, but instead she showed up around 10pm that same night while our event was still in full swing. She announced she "had somewhere to be tomorrow now" and immediately began taking everything down. It was shockingly rude, disruptive, and showed zero respect for our event or the plans she herself had set. Her behaviour throughout was openly disrespectful. She refused to speak to any of the women present and would only address the men, which was not only unprofessional but downright offensive. The attitude, the tone, and the complete disregard for basic courtesy made the situation even worse. I would strongly advise against using this company. The unprofessionalism and rudeness turned what should have been a smooth, joyful occasion into an unnecessary source of stress.

We have recently used Humsafar for our Hindu wedding events and cannot recommend them highly enough! They have been absolutely wonderful in every respect - responsive, creative and reliable. They have a wide range of decor available and do a great job in tailoring it to any event to create a really special atmosphere that is appreciated by all. Zaid and his team are lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them.
