Pak Catering Birmingham Ltd

Decent food, but the portion sizes are very disappointing. I ordered 1kg and expected to receive the full amount, yet the portion I received appeared to be estimated by eye rather than weighed, while I was still charged the full price. I later saw a TikTok live stream from the business that appeared to show staff serving portions in a similar way, which raised further concerns about consistency. On one of the busiest days of the year, the service was extremely unprofessional. Some staff members appeared more interested in chatting and laughing amongst themselves than serving customers properly, which gave a poor impression. The business should train staff to weigh portions accurately, enforce clear service standards, and regularly monitor customer service so orders are prepared correctly and customers receive a more professional experience.

I recently ordered from Pak Catering and was thoroughly impressed. Despite calling at the last minute, they were incredibly accommodating and assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. The food was absolutely delicious, and the pricing was very competitive for the quality offered. What really stood out is their flexibility with portion sizes—they cater to smaller quantities, which is perfect if you’re craving wedding-style food without needing a large order. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend Pak Catering to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

They use high-quality, authentic spices, so the food is flavorful without being too oily or heavy. What really sets them apart is their consistency, hygiene, and punctuality. No matter how many guests you have, they always deliver on time and never compromise on quality. The staff is polite, professional, and very helpful. A special thanks to the owner, who is humble, caring, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. If you're looking for delicious food and reliable catering service, I highly recommend Pak Catering. They never disappoint!

Here is a natural and fluent English translation of your text: Their food is truly excellent—always fresh and delicious. If you visit during the day, they will weigh and pack your food for you on the spot. If you need something special, it's better to place an order in advance. Even if you just walk in, they usually have a good variety of freshly prepared dishes ready to go. You can buy as much food as you need. They also provide takeaway containers, or if you bring your own large pot or container from home, they will happily fill that for you as well. They offer rice, biryani, and many other delicious dishes. Their special halwa is absolutely amazing, and their sweet rice is also outstanding. Believe it or not, the owner told me that people even take their halwa all the way to Pakistan because it's so good. On his recommendation, I also bought a tray of their halwa to take with me. If you keep the halwa in the freezer overnight and then pack it in an insulated bag with some ice packs the next morning, you can easily travel with it. When you reheat it later, it tastes just as fresh and delicious as when it was first made. Their food is truly fantastic, and I highly recommend giving it a try.
