I've had the pleasure of experiencing ZakZaki for catering and take home food , and either can be faulted. Our recent work do 12th Jan was awesome and superbly enhanced with ZakZaki's catering 👌 we couldn't get enough AND we didn't run out either ... Absolute sterling job 👏 This weekend as I have done previously we took their ROAST home and it was incredibly tasty and great value. Can't fault the ZakZaki team ... always delivered for what I've asked for. Thank You 😊 🙏

After recommendations, we got the team from Zakzaki to do catering for our garden party of 50/60 people. They came and cooked in our garden and the food was out of this world. Every guest commented how good the food was. Highly Recommend. Thankyou ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the reviews on here MUST be from relatives & insiders. I wouldn’t even give this 1 star. I would avoid this place, after looking at the deceiving reviews I jumped on this place to be truly disappointed. Took the chicken nuggets and platter home for microwave. My whole family didn’t touch the food during our Iftar. We ended up eating left overs from yesterday. There’s a reoccurring theme in this town, particularly with new fast food businesses. They’ve got abnormally high ratings, On this occasion I should have known better as only 39 people have rated this place. If you don’t take my word for it, come here and try their inedible food for yourself.

I got the grilled wings I have to say they were very nice 19/05/26 Absolutely shocking service from Zakzaki’s Firstly I ordered a box of kesar mango from them a few days ago and when I cut them they were very soft and not very sweet So I gave them feedback to say this and left it at that Then today I ordered wings which are very nice and I got a reply saying they are all sold out. I found that very strange as they only posted half hour before about the offer for the wings. I also questioned them to say are you sure they are all sold and they said yes alhumdullilah all sold I then got my wife to place an order for the wings and they took her order. So they basically lied to me probably because of the negative feedback of the mangoes so I went to the shop and told them why did they lie to me and then took my wife’s order for the wings The reason they gave was that I gave negative feedback about the mangoes. This is just absolutely ridiculous and looks like zakzaki can’t take constructive feedback and then they go ahead and lie to customer they don’t like on top of all this they also said alhumdullilah the wings are all sold out when they actually weren’t this is so shameful The guy at the shop first said oh we did this cuz of what happened about the mangoes but then admitted to the lie and said sorry but unfortunately you have lost a genuine customer today Feedback and integrity is very important in running a business Also if the owner wants to ring me please call me I’m sure you guys have my number
