Rishi's

The food here is delicious, surpassed only by the service. I visited on a weekday afternoon, and the lovely couple who run the place seemed to know all their customers well. I ordered the Belly Buster breakfast. I'm a greedy swine but I couldn’t finish it. It’s deceptively filling. A larger gentleman at a nearby table also met defeat. I can’t praise the staff enough for their warmth and friendliness toward the locals. I hope this café continues to grace Market Street for many years to come.

First visit today and I was really impressed. Fantastic little place. My Partner had a Rishi's belly filler breakfast and I had the veggie belly filler breakfast, both with lovely buttered toast. Great service, fabulous menu with loads of choice and such good value. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be going back.

Very friendly staff serving excellent food and great customer service. We have been a few times and have enjoyed the breakfasts and the omelettes. It is excellent value for money and we would highly recommend this lovely cafe. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service and Delicious Food! I recently had the pleasure of discovering Rishis cafe, and I can confidently say it's a hidden gem in every sense of the word. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere that sets this cafe apart from the rest. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make every visit memorable, and their genuine friendliness creates an atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The food is fantastic always super quick and piping hot. The menu includes chefs specials which are delicious. The coffee here is exceptional and there is always a complimentary free cup after 6 cups purchased. What truly sets Rishis cafe apart is the impeccable service. The staff exude a passion for what they do, and their genuine care for the customers shines through in every interaction. If you're looking for a place where you can savor fabulous food, bask in a welcoming ambiance, and be treated like family, look no further. Rishis cafe has quickly become my go-to spot, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Every visit is a delightful experience that a look I forward too.

I think they need to change the name to Rishi’s Wall Street, instead of Rishi’s Westhoughton. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, so might be partly my own mistake for not looking at how much it was before ordering: Anyway.. I asked for chicken tikka salad barm cake. Nothing fancy, doesn’t involve the use of any energy or utility usage not one bit of gas or electricity needed to do construct a cold, normal sized everyday barm cake with lettuce and onion on. £6.50!!! At first I thought he might of thought I asked for 2 chicken tikka barms. Which would of been fine, I’d of ate them both. Turns out, no it is actually £6.50 for 1 individual chicken tikka barm. And when questioned about the price, I got told it’s called as a "premium topping" 🤣🤣🤣 Wasn’t even home made chicken tikka, literally the packet stuff ye get from Aldi or Lidl for £2 a pack. And for £6.50 you’d expect the full pack on it. Was half a pack at most. Since then I’ve been to about 8 different sandwich shops in the north west for the same thing and they’ve ranged from £3-£4.50. Even when I was in the heart of London, it was £6.25 I’ve still not recovered.

Wonderful community atmosphere. The staff and owners knew their regulars by name and greeted new people with great warmth.
