Mark and Nicole at Design Elegance were amazing from start to finish to finish. Mark did our initial consultation and listened to what we wanted. The team then ensured our vision was created on our wedding day (Saturday 9th May at Weston Hall). The ceremony room and reception room looked amazing. They also did our stationary (place names- jigsaw pieces, table plan, welcome signs and table numbers/menu). The whole day was perfect and looked beautiful. Thank you Mark and Nicole

All the meetings on the run up at their showroom were really helpful and Mark dressed a mock up table for us to visualise what it would look like and gave us chance to make some changes. We booked Design Elegance for our wedding at The Belfry and we were so impressed with the final result that Mark created. He took the time to listen to what we wanted prior to the event and made every element of my vision come true. Design Elegance styled the room for our civil ceremony and for our wedding reception. I had envisioned an autumn woodland theme and every part of that vision was portrayed on the day. I did not have to worry about any part of the decor on the day, as I had faith that Mark had everything under control, because of the communication prior to the day. Would highly recommend.

Design Elegance supplied my wedding last weekend and what a stunning job they did. Throughout the whole planning process they were supportive and were very helpful making changes whenever I requested them. Mark was amazing and even when I requested their new floral's a week before my wedding they made it happen. I cant thank them enough for making it perfect for me.

We recently got married and Design Elegance provided our venue dressing. Our table plan, table dressing, dance floor, post box, top table and sashes looked fantastic and could not be faulted. However, the only let downs from our point of view was that as the wedding approached it became increasingly difficult to contact them either via telephone or email as they request. This placed unnecessary stress on both of us and when we visited just two weeks before our wedding they did not know who we were despite us having to book an appointment before we visited! Furthermore, we had already paid them the balance well in advance of this visit. After this visit and before, we had realised we had overestimated the amount of table dressing we required and as agreed by all parties at our appointment we reduced the dressing required. Thus we were overcharged and despite us highlighting this fact on numerous occasions since we have had no response or acknowledgement. We would rate the products at 5 stars but the service at 2, hence the 3 star rating.

Myself and my bridesmaid have recently visited their 'showroom'. We were extremely disappointed in the service we recieved, the showroom was a mess with products even lying on the floor! We wasn't introduced properly so I don't know who we saw! We were In the showroom for no longer than 40 minutes to discuss a whole event. They seemed disinterested, didn't ask hardly any questions and just replied 'yes' to anything I said. I asked about specific dimensions of some of the larger things and was just told 'i think it should fit'. The products didn't look well looked after and I felt like I was just an I convenience who they wanted out so they could close up for the day. I still haven't recived a quote after being nearly a week since we went, maybe they have lost the piece of paper it got scribbled down on! Would not trust them to decorate a party let alone a whole wedding. Very disappointing, it's took the shine out of planning something which should be really exciting!
