Browns Kitchen Wedding & Event Caterer

Browns Kitchen did a fantastic job at our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with the food or the service. The food was absolutely delicious, and we had so many guests coming up to us throughout the day to tell us how much they had enjoyed it. The huge pavlova they made for dessert was a particular highlight and went down incredibly well! Lee was brilliant throughout the whole organising process. He was calm, helpful and reassuring, and really put us at ease with the planning. We always felt like everything was under control, which made such a difference in the lead-up to the wedding. The staff on the day were also absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, attentive and just got on with all the little things that needed doing behind the scenes. It meant we didn’t have to worry about anything and could simply relax and enjoy the day with our guests, which we really appreciated. A massive thank you to Lee and the whole Browns Kitchen team for helping make our day so special. We had the wedding day of our dreams with Brown’s Kitchen as our caterers! From the very beginning we could see that Lee and Jo were really invested in our day and worked closely with us on the menu and tableware to get every little detail right. Throughout the whole process they were so thoughtful, kind and flexible. Lee even accommodated two menu tastings for us to ensure each course was exactly how we had imagined it. On the day itself, their entire team just blew us away - every single member of staff was delightful and nothing was too much trouble! When we arrived to the reception after the ceremony we were absolutely ravenous (!) and as if by magic we were greeted with ice cold drinks and a plate of canapés which really came at the perfect moment! But what impressed us the most was that their service went beyond just being our caterers - from monitoring guest numbers to help us time our entrance, to handing out light sticks on the dance floor, they consistently worked out solutions to keep the day running smoothly which we are so grateful for. Delicious food, phenomenal service and the most friendly and attentive team - we would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Lee and Browns catered for our wedding on 25th April at Gildings barns. Throughout the whole process, Lee was fantastic to work with,very accommodating to our needs for the day and made some great suggestions. On the day Lee and his team went above and beyond. Making the whole day seamless, from arranging the table decorations, topping up all drinks continuously, mid day teas & coffees and great bar service in the evening. As well as cutting our wedding cake into individual portions without prompting Lee and his team allowed myself and my wife to have such a fantastic, stress free day which we can't thank them enough for! Not that we are planning on having another wedding soon! but we would hire Lee and the team in a heartbeat if so!

Lee and his team were incredible from the very beginning! The tasting session was delicious and he was so kind to work it around our work schedules. Our wedding day was so seamless, the team worked tirelessly to make sure all ours guests had everything they needed and I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day! They knew the venue and owner very well, which made the organisation so easy. I would highly recommend them and will be telling all my friends to be using them for their weddings!

Lee and his team were absolutely amazing, we honestly could not have asked for more! Our wedding was in 30 degree heat and the service was exceptional throughout. Our guests always had a drink in hand which says it all! The food was incredible and completely exceeded our expectations. The lamb was so tender which is no small feat when you’re catering for 85 guests, and the lemon tart was genuinely the best we’ve ever had! Lee and Jo were so personable and professional from start to finish, no ask was too much. They made the whole experience so special. We wouldn’t change a single thing. I couldn’t recommend them more!
