Cancelled our customers booking at 9am on the day of their wedding. Said at the time on their email they sent cancelling on us they will refund us upon returning home. 15 days later no refund and ignoring all comms. Reported to bank and reporting to police. Avoid!

0 stars if I could. Booked a photo booth and LED letters for wedding. Paid deposit and full amount 30 days prior. After this they stopped responding until the day before the wedding when they emailed saying they would not be coming with the booked items and offered a refund. Refund was asked for and never received, multiple emails, social media messages and no response. STAY AWAY from this "company".

Had a few teething problems but these were ironed out quickly. All guests used Magic Mirror but as I was hosting did not get time to get my own picture taken. Perhaps should announce they are about to stop. Got presentation book but this was not well bound. Good concept but just lacking a tiny bit of finesse.
