Unique Children's Parties

Unique children’s parties done my daughter’s 4th birthday party! Unicorn theme and it was amazing from start to finish. So professional and I had so many compliments from guests. From the backdrop and balloons to a unicorn bouncy castle hot dog machine candy floss popcorn chocolate fountain! Every bit went down a treat we had a face painter and I was very impressed at how good and detailed the face painting was and the glitter tattoos were a hit! We also had fabulous balloon making too!! We had 2 pony’s and my wee girl absolutely loved it. Such a dream for her! The effort put into it all and the entertainment and entertainer for the children was outstanding the kids never got bored was so interactive and made my daughter feel special on her big day! Can’t wait to book for my next party! 10/10 would highly recommend for a party to remember worth every penny! Party of the year for sure ✨🦄💖 so easy to book! Smooth from the day I reached out responded very quickly to any questions and messages can’t thank yous enough

We booked a bouncy castle for our 4-year-old’s birthday party about a month in advance and clearly agreed that setup should be completed by 4pm. On the day, they arrived at 5pm and finished setup around 6pm, which disrupted the planned schedule of the party. During use, the bouncy castle tipped onto its side because it was not properly anchored, which scared the children and caused them to cry. When I contacted the company about the incident, the response I received was simply "shit happens", which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service.

Didn't even manage to book this copany cause Communication was so bad! I sent a web enquiry and didnt here back for over a week, so i called on Monday. A man took my email address and said he would email but didn't actually take my name or want any party details? I tried to call back Tuesday and left a message, and still nothing. How on earth can a bussiness function with such poor customer service.

We were very pleased overall with Unique Children's Parties for our daughter's 5th birthday celebration. Having dedicated entertainment made a huge difference—it took a lot of the stress off us as parents and kept the kids engaged and having fun throughout the event. The balloon modeling option we added was a hit and well worth the extra expense. The kids loved it, and it added an extra layer of excitement to the party. However, we did have one issue that kept this from being a 5-star experience. The £25 charge for prizes felt a bit steep, especially as the "pass the parcel" game led to some disappointment and tears. Only having one main prize in the center without small treats or trinkets in the other layers didn't meet the usual expectations for this game. That said, the music and overall entertainment were great, and most of the kids had a fun time. We'd definitely recommend them to others, but would suggest clarifying the prize setup in advance. Would use again.

Booked them for my daughters party and was so impressed with everything. I hired the disco dome which was just the best thing ever! It was so much fun, all the kids loved it and I also had a ball in it. Also got all the party games done by the amazing host who was just a natural at it, and I got to just enjoy the party. My kids have also been at other party's arranged by this company and have always had a fab time and when picking up and dropping off, I have always been thoroughly impressed with what I have seen. I will definitely be using them again in the future, and I would highly recommend to anyone!

I booked Unique Children's parties soft play equipment for a 1st birthday party. The children had a great time, especially in the ball pit. The equipment was in great condition. I dealt mostly with Stuart who was very professional in responding to emails prior to the party and very efficient in setting up and collecting the equipment on the day. I would happily recommend Unique Children's Parties to anyone looking to put on a memorable party!

I would highly recommend Unique Children's Parties. They provided entertainment for our daughters 5th birthday party and the kids loved them. They were very friendly and professional and would definitely hire them again.
