We recently used this catering team for our first family wedding ceremony, and we were very pleased with the service they provided. They are now doing the catering for all other home events. We had the pleasure of visiting Valora Catering ahead of our wedding ceremony for our food tasting session and the experience left us feeling confident and excited for our big day. Chef Mohan and Jas were both incredibly attentive and helpful even prior to our food tasting meeting. Chef Mohan took the time to prepare a complete menu, suggest a few new dishes and guided us through the options. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate our preferences made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. On the day of our visit, the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and Chef Mohan took the time to personally explain every item before we tasted it, which added a really special and personal touch to the experience. A particularly important aspect for us was catering to different dietary requirements and we were really impressed by how accommodating and thoughtful the team was in this regard. It gave us great peace of mind knowing all our guests will be well looked after. We left feeling genuinely excited about the menu for our wedding day. Based on what we experienced, we couldn’t fault the food, the service or the dedication shown by the Valora team. Their commitment to quality and attention to detail truly stood out and we are so pleased to have them as part of our celebration.

He was professional, responsive, organised, and genuinely cared about making our event special. Every question was answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. On the day itself, Jas, the chef, and the entire team were exceptional. They were efficient, attentive, flexible and incredibly kind, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Our guests were looked after so well, which allowed us and our families to relax and enjoy the day knowing everything was in safe hands. The food was simply outstanding. Not a single belly left hungry, and we didn’t receive a single complaint!!!! In fact, it was quite the opposite. Our guests absolutely loved the food, with one even saying they could "taste the love" in every bite. I don’t think there’s a better compliment than that! My partner said everything was fantastic, my in-laws described the food as immaculate, and my parents were so grateful to see our honoured guests being so well looked after. Jas & Chef truly was a godsend throughout the entire process, and I genuinely believe we were meant to find Valora Catering. The quality of the food, the professionalism of the team, and the exceptional service exceeded every expectation.
