Lisa from cake cuisine is amazing at designing the most spectacular wedding cakes! Our wedding cake was brilliant and went exactly with our colour scheme. We went to a cake tasting at the start of the year ahead of our wedding in August. We tried so many different flavours and in the end picked lemon, Victoria sponge and biscoff. On our wedding day the cake looked beautiful and tasted incredible. We had a lot of compliments.

We found Lisa via our wedding venue and was recommended by a number of our suppliers, so after seeing her beautiful creations on Instagram, we had to get in touch for our date. Lisa was communicative and transparent in her pricing which is very helpful when in the thick of wedding planning. At our cake tasting, we were able to see designs in person and taste all of the amazing flavours. Choosing the flavours was difficult as they were all so good! We had a three tier forever roses design and Lisa went above and beyond to work with our florist to match in the floral colours. We also had an additional fruit cake to keep for after the wedding … it was delicious! The cake was just beautiful, the craftsmanship on the sugar flowers and the subtle sparkle in the icing was a real showstopper. We have had many compliments on our cake and we would not only recommend Lisa but would love to have her make more cakes for us in the future!

I just want to say a massive thank you to Lisa for our beautiful wedding cake! It was absolutely perfect in every day, the bow was stunning and all the extra detail!! It also tasted absolutely amazing and we made sure to save some for ourselves so we can keep enjoying it. We cannot recommend Lisa at Cake Cuisine highly enough! From the moment we met Lisa at her home for our cake tasting, we knew we were in the best hands. She was so warm, welcoming, and accommodating, and it was immediately clear just how passionate and talented she is. Then we tasted the cakes… wow! Every flavour was absolutely incredible, and choosing our favourites was no easy task. Lisa created the most stunning three-tier wedding cake for us with the most delicious flavours: rich chocolate with pistachio cream, classic Cherry Bakewell, and banana cake with banana cream. She also suggested having a cutting cake for the kitchen, which was the most amazing Biscoff flavour—and we’re so glad we took her advice! Our cake was beyond anything we could have imagined. It was absolutely breathtaking. Lisa added her own special sparkle with beautiful finishing touches that made it feel so unique and elegant. It was a real centrepiece, and the compliments started the moment our guests saw it—before it had even been cut! Once everyone tasted it, the compliments just kept coming. Every single flavour was divine, and by the end of the evening there wasn’t a single piece left. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. Lisa, you made us so proud. Thank you for creating such a beautiful, unforgettable cake that looked spectacular and tasted even better.
