I recently got married at Hampton Court Palace and I’m from America. I was very worried about catering and everything being perfect. Little did I know, I had nothing to worry about. Create made our day so perfect. I worked with Carly. If create didn’t have something I wanted, they made to sure go above and beyond to outsource to get what I wanted. Every step of the way was seamless and they were so easy to work with. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone getting married in the UK. I would also like to add that they are one of the more affordable caterers in the area while still delivering a luxury, high quality experience!

Create were wonderful caterers for us at Hampton Court Palace. Carly and her team were so helpful and communicative through every step of the processand thought of every minor detail. On top of all of that the food was incredible!

Thank you for catering our wedding at Kew Gardens, June 2026. From start to finish we had the best time, from our introductory call, tastings - of which we did two because we wanted to refine a few things, to the day itself. The chefs helped us to personalise the menu and add our own touches, they accommodated every request and the responsiveness from the team (Ellie/Carly was amazing) throughout. Brilliant support with choosing linen, table layout, hiring in exactly what we wanted for the whole look. Nothing we asked for felt like too much, and the whole experience was amazing. A caterer is an important choice for a wedding and we felt we could not have chosen better. Great communication, brilliant service on the day and food innovation/presentation was spectacular too. Create are experienced at Kew (which is also important because it’s so logistically difficult to serve there), they were so calm and prepared on the day and they are also really well priced for the level of service. Special thanks for our super interesting desert bowls, fun canapés and brilliant vegetarian options. We appreciate that you ensured we were fed during the drinks reception and evening meal too, and that you kept bringing us drinks throughout. Thank you to the whole team! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be more grateful to Ellie and the entire Create team for the incredible job they did at our wedding. From the very first tasting, we knew the food would be outstanding — and it truly was. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about it! Beyond the food, Ellie guided us through the whole planning process with such care, always available and ready to translate our ideas into reality. Every detail — from the table settings to the cocktails to the finishing touches — was executed perfectly. We honestly couldn’t have been happier, and we can’t recommend Create highly enough. From our very first tasting we knew we were in safe hands. Carly was incredibly warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, making the whole planning process enjoyable and stress-free. On the wedding day everything was executed flawlessly. The food was absolutely outstanding and so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. From the canapés through to the wedding breakfast, every course was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. We did unfortunately have a major issue with our beer supplier, who delivered only a fraction of the order on one of the hottest days of the year. Rather than leaving us to deal with the problem, Carly immediately sprang into action. She organised additional stock from the warehouse to supplement what had been delivered, doing everything she could to minimise the impact on our guests. We were incredibly grateful for how calm, proactive and solution-focused she was under pressure. What really sets Create Catering apart is the people. Carly and her team were friendly, professional and attentive throughout the day, making sure everything ran seamlessly while making us and our guests feel so well looked after. Food is such an important part of any wedding and Create Catering exceeded every expectation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend Carly and her team without hesitation.
