Party Ocean

Very unhappy!! I booked this company for an event of 200 guests. A couple of days leading to my event I messaged them just to make sure everything is all set for the weekend as planned. I was shocked and upset to find out that they had CANCELLED MY BOOKING WITHOUT TELLING ME!!!! Imagine if I had not double checked! I would have just been waiting for them to turn up on Saturday!! I was furious!! I ended up doing the table decor myself as it was short notice and could not book anywhere else. And to think I was going to use this company for my wedding too !! Never again! Very unprofessional!!

I booked Party Ocean for my daughter's birthday. I was debating with the theme for the event. They gave me alot of options to pick from and created an amazing back drop and center pieces. I was really amazed when I walked into the venue. I would recommend these guys for any event!!!!!!

Info on Google reads opening times 7am - 11pm, so I called at 10:10pm hoping to get some last minute helium balloons for a school experiment...that's teaching work hours 🙁 I was greeted by a very grumpy person who wanted to know why I was calling his mobile phone so late..? Because it was 50 minutes before closing time according to Google! I did apologise and tried to explain but he wasn't interested in my response and put the phone down. I suggest they edit Google.

I love the decors these guys had... hard working employees!! Amazing job guys! A+ my wedding turned out beyond how I thought it'd be!

Good service and good price for all party venues and goods
