What can I say about Sabel?! Lianna, Toby and the team were a joy to work with from start to finish - from the tasting 9 months before, adjusting the menu and helping us find the right tableware for our vision and, of course the day itself - the food (and the service!) was out of this world. We had so many guests tell us it was the best meal they’d ever had at a wedding. We might be biased, but they weren’t wrong! Everything was delicious and we were looked after so well by all the staff. They were so attentive and helped the day to run as smoothly as it did. Lianna and Toby, we can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us. And we’ve already recommended you to more than one of our friends!

Sabel Food were the caterers we selected for our wedding and it was the best decision we made! Lianna and Toby are a brilliant team, super friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable and incredibly talented. Everything they delivered from the food, to the tableware, chairs and staff, were to a very high standard. So many of our guests said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. We hired Sabel for our wedding last year. The food was absolutely incredible. In fact, people are still talking about the oysters (our favourite!) and especially the lamb. Our tasting with Lianna and Toby was very special in and of itself but it was the experience of the day which blew us away. Lydia who was managing the team treated us like royalty, always making sure that we had a drink and actually got to enjoy the canapés while we were being torn in different directions. We only wish we could have the meal again!! My dad in particular who was too nervous for his speech to eat much - which he is still talking about . . . ! Thank you again. Sabel did an amazing job of catering our wedding - we were so so happy with our choice. Toby is a really talented and creative chef and we found Lianna very helpful. Multiple people came up to us at or after our wedding and told us it was hands down the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. The waiters and front of house staff they arranged were lovely too and brought a lot of positive energy to our day! I’d love it if they opened a restaurant one day, with a full menu - though their little cafe in Abney Park is nice too. (We also liked that they didn’t charge corkage!)
