We had the absolute pleasure of using Wishes Caterers for our wedding, and honestly, they were amazing from start to finish. The food was a solid 10/10 — every single guest loved it. The variety of food and drinks was incredible, and everything was presented beautifully. You could really tell the level of care and attention that went into every detail. The service was just as impressive — the waiters were on point all night, professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond for us. They introduced unique touches like mocktail stands and fresh hot chocolates, which our guests absolutely loved and kept talking about long after the event. A special mention to Reiss, the owner — he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was always clear and consistent, and he genuinely cared about making our day perfect. He even helped with things beyond just the catering, which made a huge difference during the wedding planning process. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier catering — they truly deliver.

Terrible Experience – Rees Completely Ruined My Sister’s Wedding I rarely write reviews, but I can’t stay silent after how awful our experience with Wishes Catering was. This was supposed to be one of the happiest days for our family, and they absolutely let us down. The food was cold, old, and tasteless — it honestly seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. Guests were shocked and disappointed, and several people didn’t even finish their plates. For a wedding, that’s beyond embarrassing. To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude. One person in particular who was dealing named Rees, was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of helping to fix the problems, he acted like we were inconveniencing him by asking for what we had already paid for. We spent a lot of money expecting quality service, but instead we got stress, frustration, and a ruined meal on a day that should have been perfect. I would never recommend Wishes Catering to anyone — save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere

Absolutely abysmal customer service. We paid a £500 refundable deposit for a tasting with Wishes Catering, after being told clearly in writing that the refund depended on whether we chose to move forward or not. After the tasting, we thanked them and later let them know we’d decided not to go ahead. At that point, they got really nasty and refused to return the deposit, suddenly adding a condition that we had to say we didn’t like the food immediately — something that was never mentioned before. We ended up having to raise the issue with our bank, who looked into the case and agreed that we’d been misled. This whole experience caused us a lot of stress at an already busy time, and we felt really let down. We’re sharing this so others know to be careful and get everything in writing.

Furthermore the gentleman goes by the name Reece failed to acknowledge his mistake and compensate for such mix up but argue he provided a better menu regardless of what we ordered, nor had the courtesy to apologise. This company works alongside many other wedding suppliers so people, free peace of advice, if your working with a provider that uses this company make sure you get indemnity policy and contracts in place! The ignorance is unbelievable but the food is good.

They offer amazing Asian food with really friendly service. We ordered the full package and were very happy with the service provided on the day as it helped the event run smoothly. We were even overrunning and the event went on for longer than expected, but the staff were helpful and were happy to serve food later than we had initially decided with them.

Wishes caterer had organised my event. They were exceptional. Throughout the process they have been clear in what they can do and what will be provided. Communication was top notch, they always dealt with queries and assured you the day will go smoothly. There was a lot of trust and that was paid off on the wedding day. Their service and food was amazing.

Do not attempt it and save yourself, your taster session will be 10/10 and on the day they will give you 5/10. Horrible experience do not fall for it by saving a few pounds per head. They focus on cost cutting not quality food please do not ruin your day these guys are cowboys your better off having no food.
