Brendan White Private Chef

I was lucky enough to be at a party catered by Brendan recently. What a night! My first ever experience of private cheffing and hopefully not my last however I don’t think anyone could come close to Brendan. Genuinely some of the most delicious food I’ve ever eaten, all cooked, presented and served to utter perfection. The pork belly bites and epic Beef Wellington will live forever in my memory! On top of that, Brendan was such great company, and explained the courses so helpfully. Please don’t hesitate to book Brendan for your special evening.

We were privileged to have Brendan cook for my mums surprise birthday lunch. From my initial enquiry Brendan was brilliant, so patient as I changed my mind on menu options, extremely helpful when I had questions and an amazing range of food options. On the day Brendan was calm & collected even when timings slightly shifted. You can feel the level of passion and love he has for his food. The food was impeccable, 10/10, I have had so many compliments to the chef. Unbelievable canapés they were eaten within seconds! Followed by a delicious lunch all served hot for 28 guests!! Honestly all our guests absolutely raved about the food! Thank you so much Brendan and your fab team for all the effort you put in, you made the day extremely special and I am so glad we found you!

The booking process was smooth and easy, he offers a huge range of gorgeous options for you to choose from, quality ingredients, and the service he provides is just superb. He catered for my father in laws 60th birthday for 12 adults which was just exquisite. And his lovely assistant Georgia could not do enough for us, from taking the stress of laying the table away from us, making sure our glasses were always topped up, and just being lovely people. We would love to one day see him again as he was just fantastic. Thank you SO MUCH again Brendan we will never forget it.

We had the pleasure of the amazing chef Brendan for my wife’s 40th party recently. To say this guy can cook is an understatement and he’s a really great guy as well. Helping every step of the way from menu choices, down to advice on how to dress the table on the night. The food was amazing we mixed canapés including the burnt end pork belly bites! Omg!! A must! Then to start the bacon bubble & squeak scotch egg, just stunning! The main was the 72 hour beef wellington, and at this point words fail me, this guy loves food and is passionate about it and it shows in every mouth full!! Our dessert was the crème brûlée and again another wow moment! My wife and I and all of are guests were spoilt, everyone commenting on what a superb meal we had just enjoyed. Chef, we will be booking you again for sure, thank you for making everything so special. And to anyone reading this thinking about booking a chef for that special event or party, you can stop looking now, as you’ve found the best!!!

On Saturday I had the most amazing 60th birthday dinner that was created by Brendan. The whole experience was just wonderful from booking to choosing the menu to the meal itself. When he arrived he worked tirelessly all evening and made the experience even more special. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the food and produced a meal that we are still talking about. If you want to have a special meal I can highly recommend Brendan.
