They forgot to give my birth certificate back when photocopying it

Standard like always, delivered wrong meal, like always. Training of staff is so poor in yhese places and it is what it is, convenient food when short in time. A long way away from becoming a restaurant, fast food is their forte so do not expect anything more. This is not a dig at this particular takeaway, they are all the same! Need to step up!

Taking money out my bank when I live in Birmingham and the money was tuck from then in Manchester. not on there thieves.

You should really fix your bank movements. For those who don't know, Dnata is the catering supplier for many companies. One of those is EasyJet. When paying on an airplane with a card, your money will be taken after a couple of days, and for some reason, straight from the catering company and not from EasyJet, causing a lot of scare to the customers not recognising the payment.

Marco Bolognese ☆ 1/5

EasyJet apparently charges the money for meals to this company? Very scary to suddenly get charged with no info
