Enjoyed a fantastic afternoon tea here, with the choice of traditional or chocolate-themed options. Also do a great variety of meals and other things which we will no doubt return to sample. Downstairs is an extensive chocolate and sweet shop - well worth a visit for any chocoholics!! Service is efficient and friendly, nice traditional establishment.

We visited today, omg honestly it was the best time ever from the time we got there to when we left. It was super busy we were given the time for about 20 mins but were seated within 10/15 mins. Everyone was lovely and customer service was great, so thank you to all who were on shift today. Everything we got was great and so lush. There’s so much options for things to take away downstairs. My sweet tooth approved so would definitely recommend x

From the food to the service, everything was absolutely amazing! The cheese and onion pie and hot chocolate were insane. Dylan was fantastic and made us feel so welcome, and I really appreciated his honesty when it came to recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back! I went for the chocolate challenge, and I have now been added to the book of successfull contestants 😅 but it was all delicious and chocolatey! I feel the servers could have come around for a check back at some point, but they were pleasant enough when I asked them for things. The restaurant it's self is a nice place to sit, we had a booth.

Love this place! My go to for freshly made sandwiches and desserts. The family size celebration cakes that they do with free personalisation and choice of cake colour is amazing. Great gift to give someone and if you need a large amount of cakes you can order in advance. Previously done that in the past few times for occasions and everyone enjoyed and complimented the cakes! Definitely worth trying their chocolate cake, lemon cake slices, cheese & onion sandwich and the hot chocolate!

We visited this afternoon for a birthday celebration, the staff provided an excellent experience from our arrival to departure. If you come here make sure you go in the shop, it's chocolate heaven!.

We go every year for on the run up to Christmas as a family tradition. We always have a great time. Staff are friendly and attentive and the food and drink are always fantastic. I can highly recommend the Christmas menu.
