Tea Hive

Me and my friend came here. The food is what you would expect from a cafe but they seem to put a less generic flair to it. We both got a sausage and bacon bap and requested a fried egg on it and were offered three choices of bread - white, brown and gluten free. It was huge. The bread was nice and very thick. It was toasted just the way I like it. The sausages are local and were really tasty. The bacon was also very nice and the friend egg was perfectly done. My friend got a cappuccino which she enjoyed. The staff are nice and friendly and there's seating either indoors or outdoors. We sat outside and it was nice to people watch. I definetly think it beats the usual greasy spoon cafes.

Always a delight - special me time with cake and excellent tea. Or brunch with my favourite people. Great place, lovely people, fab service. Suitable for all ages, group sizes, occasions

If I could give it 20 stars I would ! Really lovely cafe, great menu - big portions! Cakes made in house, with plenty of the vegan options. It's so so rare for vegan cakes to be made in house, so I was delighted with the choices 😍 Also dog friendly - but they only have a handful of dog friendly tables. But they were very welcoming to my little dog - even brought out some water for her. Absolutely cannot wait to go back - and will definitely make it a more regular visit ! ❤️ Also nice and chill/cosy environment - not too loud, like most cafes these days - you can here your conversation.

Me and my sister and my mom had a really nice time in tea hive. It was my first time having cream tea and the scone was soooo good I loved it. 🫖 It went so well with the clotted cream and jam. Thx for the cake and it was very kind of you to took photos of us all together.🥰 I would definitely visit this cozy and nice tea place to have another great time if I have any chance to visit Manchester again.

Just enjoyed some delicious breakfast and coffees at the Tea Hive, amazing portions for the price and even better tasting. Service was wonderful, very friendly and welcoming place. Wish I had space to try their cakes as they looked wonderful too. Highly recommend!

Myself and a friend had the spectacular TeaHive Afternoon Tea yesterday and WOW. That was the BEST afternoon tea I have ever had! Not only did they accommodate to our dietary preferences but they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The portion sizes were incredibly generous, everything was fresh and extremely tasty.

Come here all the time, always lovely service and such a beautiful interior. The food and cakes are great and the selection of teas is really impressive, one of the best in Manchester. Thank you!
