Tartan Tasty LTD

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Dan (and the ever-lovely Laura) for our hen do – Michelin-style dining in the comfort of our own home! From the very first bite, it was clear we were in the hands of culinary wizards. The flavours? Mind-blowing. The speed? Ninja-like. The kitchen? So clean we felt bad breathing near it. Every course was effortlessly splendid – elegant, refined, and packed with personality. But seriously, how does one make raw carrot so impossibly beautiful, crunchy, and intense? Sorcery, surely. Dan’s food made us all wish he could move in permanently. And yes, he’ll 100% be coming back. Thank you for making the night unforgettable – and delicious.

I hired Tartan Tasty for a private dining experience recently when I had family visiting Cornwall. Dan made the experience amazing from the start. When I first contacted Tartan Tasty, Dan listened to my thoughts and ideas and with this, created a bespoke menu. Everything was spectacular from starters, mains and deserts. My family were astounded with the presentation, the flavours and Dans knowledge of the Cornish coast. I cannot recommend Tartan Tasty enough! I will surely be booking again! Thank you

I booked Tartan Tasty for a 70th birthday celebration event with 25 family members including 1 vegan, 1 gluten intolerant and 1 with complex dietary needs and 6 of the party young children. The meal was absolutely fantastic- everyone enjoyed the food so much and Dan made it feel and look effortless and stress free. I would 100% recommend Dan - it really was beyond our expectations.

I hired Dan for my recent birthday party, he was very knowledgeable about his food and accommodating to any requests that we had for the event. Couldn't have asked for a better private chef. Every course was clearly well thought out, and everyone was very happy with their food. 10/10 experience all round. Fully recommend.

I hired Dan (Tartan tasty) for my wife’s PR event. All his menus were fantastic and the little touch’s were just inspired, communication was clear at all times and honestly, for the price it’s a steal. To borrow an old saying this guy sure "knows his onions" thanks Dan 10/10 will recommend and certainly will book again
