Manjeera Indian Street Food

The restaurant is located in the market, but it is not so noisy, still easy to talk. The ambience is really nice and cute.The food is fantastic and the owner is super niceee. I had a Chat Bomb and it did indeed explode in my mouth :). Highly recommended to try. I will for sure come back to try other menus.

We found this wonderful restaurant in Pontypridd market. It is boutique size, seating approx 22 diners plus a few seats outside the door. Nicely decorated, a very warm owner who cooks the food & his lovely assistant who serves the food. The food was so tasty & authentic (I have travelled in India). We started with the Chaat Bombs, followed by Pudina (chicken & mint) curry, Butter chicken curry (my friend enjoyed mine more 😄) plus a late order of Onion bhaji. Both curries were served with freshly made Naan bread or Butter rice. I need to mention the Mango Lassi with rose syrup sauce drizzled through it. We loved it so much that we want to return tomorrow. But, it so happens that the owner is shut for 2 days whilst he opens & attends his new Street Food restaurant in Caerphilly. As we are driving past there on our way to Bristol tomorrow, I have the address of his new venture! We are intending to stop off 😊. First time visiting today. 2 adults & 2 10 year olds - lunch time menu was fab!! Kids shared a butter chicken and rice between them, adults had a butter chicken and a garlic chicken, extra naans and chips. Everything was stunning and so tasty. The lady who served us was really attentive and brought out extra plates for the kids to be able to share their lunch - without us even having to ask. All the tables inside were filled so we sat outside and even with the busy lunch hour our food came out speedy and piping hot. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon. Absolutely phenomenal! My partner and I visited whilst in the market and were so glad we did! The paneer butter masala was rich and creamy with a little but of a punch whilst the paneer nanwich was filled and tasted amazing! We will definitely be back
