Fantastic hotel. Great location overlooking Quays. Lovely and quiet stay. Rooms a great size with a much needed fridge to keep drinks cold. Blackout curtains to keep room cooler. Large rooms with single sofa bed as well as king-size bed. Very comfy beds. Large screen TV was a nice treat. Good choice for breakfast. Very accommodating for food intolerances. Provided DF milk, GF toast & veggie sausages. Great choice of teas Great security system, can't use stairs or lifts without key card.

Good sized rooms and although a little dated by modern standards (reviewed 2026), very comfortable and everything you would expect to find in a hotel room. Only thing that's really missing is aircon and usb charging. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with a wide choice. Good location, with trams 2 mins walk away and free parking if you book online.

The hotel was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and the fact that it is advertised as a 4-star hotel. The towels were dirty and had visible stains. There was also a problem with the shower — I couldn’t shower properly because only hot water was coming out, with no cold water. The bathroom didn’t provide slippers. The toilet was also not functioning properly — the flush/water pressure was very weak and often didn’t work properly after using the toilet. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep, and there was also an unpleasant smell. There was no proper air conditioning in the room, only a small fan, so the room was very hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast was acceptable, but there wasn’t much variety or many options to choose from. Overall, in my opinion, this hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard. It honestly feels like even 2 stars would be generous. Considering the price of the room, it is absolutely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were great, and the lad on reception when we arrived was very good but unfortunately forgot to get his name. We ended up with an accessible room instead and the shower was a bit awkward and flooded the bathroom very easily, but other than that the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were nice. I'd stay here again.

First stay at this hotel, had 2 rooms both very nice. I was glad they had a bath as many hotels have gotten rid of them. Wifi was a bit slow but not a major issue. I think the yellow lighting in the rooms could be upgraded and some sockets near the bed would be a good idea. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

All staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. The room was an utter disappointment and clearly in desperate need of renovation. We had two sockets that didn't work; only realised after important equipment needed for work hadn't charged overnight, which created a headache for us at a major event. Our room gave us an early wake up call when the linen was rearranged on the rear carpark which is the most horrendous noise to make up to. Whilst I appreciate these jobs need to be done, having a room nearby is dreadful. Overall we wouldn't choose to stay here again, despite the good location and great staff.
