Vanilla Bean Events

I cannot recommend Vanilla Bean more highly. They catered for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 14/6/25. The food was incredible - we’ve had so many of our guests say it’s the best wedding food they have ever eaten and they are not wrong. It felt like eating at a high-end restaurant. The service and staff were also so wonderful - polite, friendly and warm. The tables were styled to perfection - better than I could have imagined and the bar was incredible. The lead up to the wedding was also made so easy by Gareth and the team - thank you so much for everything, our wedding day was perfect and you were all a big part of that.

My wife and I booked Vanilla Bean for our wedding, and I can say with absolute certainty that it was one of the best choices we ever made. From the moment we spoke to Gareth we knew we were in safe hands. We felt like he listened to us, and understood exactly what we wanted from the very beginning. Throughout the process, Gareth and his team offered advice where it was needed, and they never once felt pushy. Anytime we had a question, they were quick to answer and relieve any concerns we had. On the day, the set up was exceptional. The dining hall looked like it had been lifted from a story book, we loved it. Gareth, Jimmy, and the rest of the team were superb hosts, and so many of our guests said how impressed they were with the service. "Best food I've ever had at a wedding", was spoken by more than one guest, and whilst bias, I have to agree. Every course was delicious and so well presented. I honestly could not recommend Vanilla Bean more. We're trying to work out when we can hire them again!

Every guest has told me what amazing food they were served at my 50th A massive thank you to Vanilla Bean - I wanted a relaxed affair for my 50th but good food and laid back. They delivered! BBQ as the main food - delicious meats and amazing salads. Surprised the guest with an ice cream van (apparently I have ruined everyone elses future BBQ now as noon can top that!!) and DELICIOUS fish and chips as the evening soaker. Gluten free batter. Friends with allergies (including the celiac) felt well cared for. On the day, the team were professional and checked in without being intrusive and kept it running so well and did the odd check in that I was still happy with the plan. I had the best day thanks to the venue team and Vanilla Bean. Thank you.

VB catered my engagement party and I was very impressed. The team were on site early and set-up was smooth. The food was exceptionally good and they catered for the majority as well as a handful of guests with dietary restrictions. I would use them again (but hopefully not for another engagement party!)

Vanilla Bean exceeded all expectations at our summer cocktail and canapé party! The food was nothing short of amazing—delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly suited to the occasion. Their service was impeccable, with a team that was professional, attentive, and a joy to have at the event. What made it even more special was their generosity in donating the party as a charity prize for a local school, showcasing their commitment to the community. We are so grateful for their kindness and highly recommend them for any event!
