Gallery Cakes

Nicki created our beautiful wedding cake and we couldn't be happier with the cake that she created. From the first email we knew that we were in safe hands and following our cake tasting we knew that Nicki was the cake lady for us. Professional and kind, this lady is the person to trust with your special day. We gave her a slightly unfair AI inspiration photo, little did we know that she would not only meet the brief but actually create something even more beautiful. The cake was the talk of the wedding both in terms of looks and taste. We didn't even get to try our top tier as the guests had polished it off before we got there! We also needed some gluten free cupcakes for guests and these were reported to be tasty and perfectly suited to dietary requirements. If you are looking for beautiful, great tasting cake from a genuinely lovely and talented lady then please run don't walk to Gallery Cakes!

Nicki created our wedding cake and it was perfect! We had a four tier, edible flower cake and not only did it look stunning but it tasted delicious too. We had lots of compliments from our guests afterwards. Nicki was lovely to work with and created exactly the cake we wanted. We highly recommend Nicki!

To start of, Gallery cakes (Nicki) is the most welcoming, friendliest, and heartwarming person we’ve met. She made picking our cake for mine and my wife’s wedding easy, and painless. Inviting us to her beautiful home to share with us the best cake We had tried! Her professionalism, and bubbly personality really drew us in and we was more Than happy to accept her to take on our dream wedding cake. (I may have enjoy the samples a little too much. They were delicious). And at such a great price we couldn’t go wrong! The end result was more than we could’ve asked for and more. Nicki even delivered our cake to our venue, despite the weather. We was all blown away when we see it! Our guests were all complementing how great it looked, and how delicious it was, and saying that it was the best cake they’ve ever tried! It really was nice to hear all these nice comments about it. Nicki, you done us proud and totally blew us away with your amazing, talented work. It was an absolute pleasure to have met you, and a shame it’s all come to an end now. Me and my wife highly recommend Nicki, for any type of cake you desire, whether birthday, wedding or special occasion. She will not disappoint!

Nicki is superb! From initial contact all the way through to checking in on how our party goers enjoyed the cake. Her customer service is top tier. The cake was brilliantly made, artistic in appearance and everyone commented on it. The taste of the cake was delicious. We adored every mouthful. We highly recommend Gallery Cakes and can’t wait to use Nicki’s services again. Thank you so much.

Nicki made a wedding cake for us that was one tier of fruit and another of sponge. She went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the taste before the day by tasting sessions. We certainly weren't disappointed and they were a big hit on the day
