DJ Gary Mills

We had Gary Millington DJ at our wedding on 12th May and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He even helped with our champagne tower — which we managed to smash in the best way possible and it made for such a fun, memorable moment! The evening DJ set was brilliant. Gary played an amazing mix of music that kept the dance floor full all night and had everyone up dancing and having an absolute blast. We had requested certain songs to be played at specific points during the night and he was more than happy to accommodate everything perfectly. It really made the evening feel personal to us and helped create such a fun atmosphere. So many guests commented on how great the music was, and honestly, our wedding reception was such a success thanks to Gary. On top of that, he’s such a genuinely lovely guy — friendly, professional and really easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will make their event unforgettable! Once again Gary, thank you, you were amazing.

The best in the business! Gary was the DJ for our Wedding day in May 2025, he was just brilliant, we didn’t even notice him set up! And what a set up! It was just great the music we requested really flowed and Gary had the dance floor filled all night! He was a great compere and announced all the different stages of our night brilliantly Couldn’t rate him more highly we’ve been to a lot of weddings and Gary is the best we’ve come across, thanks again Gary we really appreciate all your hard work!

We booked Gary for our wedding at Garstang Country Hotel and Golf Club on 30th October 2025. Well, where to start? We chose Gary upon the recommendation of a friend and we are certainly happy with our choice! Gary is a fantastic guy who was very easy to work with. He has an excellent taste in music himself. We completed a questionnaire provided by Gary, and gave him a small playlist of our tastes to work with and boy, did he deliver. Gary had a great appreciation for the wide range of guests and played a selection of tunes from all eras that ensured that virtually all our guests were on their feet at one point or another. He knows how to read the room and on the one time there was a lull (when the evening buffet was announced, I might add) he knew how to get the party going again. A few weeks ago, was working with Gary and thought its about time I left him a review. As a busy photographer and owner of Vintage Photobooth Cumbria, I've had the pleasure of working with Gary on multiple occasions. I find him to be extremely professional and he adapts his style to suit the room if that makes sense. He brings energy and passion and can not recommend him enough !
