Louder Than the DJ were absolutely incredible, their high energy and incredible sound absolutely made our Wedding Reception. The guys created complete joy for us, they played some amazing songs, got everyone involved, including the infamous conga line around the venue! Thank you so much for your lovely personalities, positive vibes and amazing talent. You created some amazing memories for us, and you were what everyone was talking about at the end of the night! Everyone needs a band like Louder Than the DJ to play their Wedding 🙂

We can't recommend Louder than the DJ enough, 5 stars just don't do them justice!! Their communication in the lead up to our wedding was great. They were all so lovely too. On the day they absolutely smashed it. Steve, Alex and Jay were all incredible!! Having a gig energy for our wedding was even better than we could have imagined. Being able to combine our music taste with songs our other guests were familiar with too was incredible. We had a slightly smaller wedding crowd of just under 60 but the guys handled it great and everyone got involved (even 75yr old Nan barely left the dancefloor). We were so grateful for them travelling all the way to Bury St Edmunds too. So many of our other suppliers commented on how incredible they were too. Anyone on the fence about booking these guys, dont be!! They are incredible!! Thank you so much Alex, Steve and Jay!

Louder Than The DJ absolutely MADE our wedding day. From the very first conversation to the final song, they were unbelievable in every possible way. They performed two incredible sets that had the dance floor completely packed all night long — the energy, musicianship and atmosphere they created was genuinely unlike anything we’ve ever seen at a wedding. So many of our guests are still talking about how amazing they were. But the standout moment for us was our first dance. We asked them to create a custom mash-up of Iris and Best Of You, and what they delivered completely blew us away. It was emotional, powerful and honestly one of the most special moments of our lives. It felt totally unique to us and far beyond anything we could have imagined. We saw them live at a gig earlier this year and knew immediately we had to have them at our wedding — and somehow they exceeded even those expectations. We’ll absolutely be going to see them again whenever we can. If you’re even remotely considering booking Louder Than The DJ, do it. They made our wedding everything and more we could ever have asked for.

So, so happy to have Louder Than the DJ play at our wedding, they really brought the party! They had everyone up and dancing, young and old, whether they are a fan of rock music or not; so many of our guests said how much they enjoyed the band. A perfect blend of crowd pleasers mixed in with some more niche stuff. Do not hesitate to book them!

We had them perform at our wedding, 2x1 hour sets with playlists inbetween. They were very easy to talk to before the event and were accommodating with what we needed. We made 2 playlists for them to play through their PA before their first set and after their last set to close the evening which was no issues. They also said a little something before they started as the first song was dedicated to someone nobody with us. Very happy smiley chaps and easy and looked to work well with communicating with the venue staff. No issues i'm aware of during set up etc. The setlists they made were well varied, slightly leaning more to our style of rock/alt music but still with plenty of hits for everyone else too. They were also good with crowd interaction, in particular in the last set, when the inflatable instruments came out (of which a few made it on stage, sorry!) and they passed in the microphone for the end of look back in anger which is now a core memory of the event (my friend screamed the end, the world needs the harsh vocal version asap). But honestly, no complaints at all and would recommend if you're looking for a band to perform at your event!
