Thank goodness we chose Lucy for our special day! From the moment we decided to work with Lucy, we knew she was kind, patient, experienced, calm in a crisis and someone who would guide us to make the best decisions on the day. Fast forward to wedding day, and although the weather was not playing ball, we were able to relax and let Lucy make all the logistical decisions whilst we enjoyed wedding prep with our nearest and dearest. In the background, Lucy was keeping our outdoor ceremony set up dry from the rain with a huge smile and positive attitude (see photos). I can’t express how invaluable it was to not have to worry about these sorts of things, with emotions of the day already heightened. On the day itself, the decisions made were all hers and we trusted her to bring our vision to life and coordinate with all the other suppliers and the venue. She gave us cues on when exactly to enter (when all the guests were present and seated), when each of the bridal party should walk down the aisle and in which order, when to enter for dinner, when to cut the cake, when dancing would start - pretty much everything. She always had a smile on her face and it gave us so much confidence to just go with the flow and enjoy the day. Thank you again Lucy for all your work in making it a special day for us!! X

We hired Lucy as our day-of coordinator for our June 2025 wedding at Syon Park, and we stand by this being one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. After our initial call, we were blown away by Lucy's expertise, experience, and patience. Despite this being an introductory call for the day-of coordination service, we spoke for over an hour and came away from the call having a clearer sense of how to go about planning for our big day. As a couple planning a wedding in the UK from overseas, we could not have pulled off the event without someone with as keen an eye for detail as Lucy. She was also incredibly flexible, willing to meet virtually outside of UK business hours, adding a consulting call when I was feeling especially overwhelmed, and taking over the correspondence for our wedding slightly earlier than expected to accommodate our busy schedules. During the wedding day, Lucy ensured everything was properly set up according to our vision, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves and enjoy the wedding with our guests. We are so grateful for Lucy's help, and we cannot recommend her enough!

We hired Lucy to offer some advice in the lead up to, and then coordinate, our wedding day (the HOLD YOUR HAND) package. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding as it really took the final stress out so we could just focus on enjoying the day. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful for Lucy's guidance throughout the entire process. Her expertise was incredibly helpful and we felt sure of every decision knowing that she had signed off. She recommended absolutely top notch vendors and I don't think a single thing went wrong on the day (or if it did, it's still a secret from me!) Lucy was an absolute star on the day and was so great at being right there when we needed, and then fading into the background to ensure that everything went seamlessly.

Planning a wedding in London from the US seemed overwhelming, but Lucy made it easy. She helped us design a bespoke planning service that worked perfectly for what we needed. Choosing to work with her was the single best decision we made. Lucy is kind, understanding, flexible, organized and responsive. All the vendors she recommended were incredible and I never would have found them without her help. The day of our wedding ran seamlessly. I was so relaxed knowing Lucy had everything under control. The day was perfect and so much of that is due to her. Her team, Chris and Lorna, were also huge helps and so lovely to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough!

We worked with Lucy for around a year planning our wedding which took place at our family home last weekend and she was hands down our best decision of the whole wedding. Her knowledge and expertise was unmatched and we would not have been able to have the wedding that we did without her involvement. From the very first meeting she came up with the idea for our wedding favours which were one of the biggest successes of the day and from then on provided us with so many great ideas & insight throughout down to every little detail. She helped steer us in the right direction on so many different elements from tableware, crockery, lighting & decor as well as detailed timings on the day and making sure not one thing went wrong, which it didn't! She was a brilliant sounding board, always kept very calm and a sense of humour throughout which made the whole experience fun for us the whole way through. I am truly sad that we don't get to continue working with her after the wedding but could not recommend her higher and hope that many couples in the future get the opportunity to work with her & have this experience!

Lucy is amazing! I worked with Lucy this year at Syon Park and she nailed every element of the day. When you had a challenging day with on off rain- Lucy was there making sure all of the details were organised- meaning at the tenth hour she held the fort down with the ceremony set up with the hope for the outdoor ceremony the couple dreamed of. Which we lucked out with sunshine and a gorgeous glow over the space come the end! With such a tight timeline and challenging weather the attitude, helpfulness and support Lucy provided to myself as a supplier and others never faltered. Often at challenging times that is when you see things slip- but not with Lucy! A complete pleasure to work with.
