Mr Vish was incredible for our Wedding and we cannot speak highly enough of him and the Musical Movements team. Beyond being an excellent DJ, Vish was a genuinely warm and friendly person. From our first correspondence with him, we really felt that we could trust him. Anytime we had a question Vish was quick to get back to us, and very careful and considerate to ensure we had exactly what we wanted for our big day! For us, the music was the most important part of our wedding. We wanted to make sure everyone had time on the dancefloor and enjoyed themselves, which is not easy with a mixed crowd of guests but VIsh definitely made this happen. So many of our guests have said how brilliant the music was. He understood our vision and our vibe perfectly. We didn't want to leave the dancefloor all night. We can't thank Vish enough for being such a big part of our dream wedding and being so lovely to work with. Everything came together without a hitch, including getting the right set design, getting all the sound equipment sorted for our speeches, breakfast playlist etc, curating our vibe from our shared playlists, getting the dancefloor set up and bringing our friends and loved ones together through so many genres of music and bringing such warm and positive energy to the day! Could not recommend Vish and Musical Movements more! 10/10

Ash and the Musical Movements team absolutely brought the party! We booked him about a year in advance since this was a destination wedding and from the very beginning he was so accommodating. He met with us throughout the planning process to help us build a vision for both our Mehendi and reception and was always so responsive to our questions and ideas. He was also very accommodating with last minute additions, as we decided to incorporate musicians into the reception. The reception with Ash was an absolute BANGER. The musicians brought an incredible energy, Ash kept the dance floor packed all night, and he knew exactly how to read the room and keep the party going. They DJed our Mehendi party as well and were incredible at interacting with our guests, making everyone laugh and keeping the energy going while playing the perfect music to get the party started. Our guests had the best time! We genuinely couldn’t recommend Ash and the Musical Movements team more. They were an amazing part of our wedding weekend and they truly know how to bring the party

We booked Deven around 18 months before our actual wedding date as we were recommended him by multiple people who had either used him before or had been to an event that he was hosting. This man did not disappoint at all. After numerous phone calls and setting up a WhatsApp groups, we were in constant communication with Deven before our big day. He was on hand to test and trial our entrance song, our first dance and even created mixes for us so we could combine all of our choices into a mix to satisfy both Puja and I. On to the day itself - Deven hosted our reception brilliantly. The feedback we received was that the DJ absolutely shut down our event. On the hottest day of the year, you’d expect people to be sat outside and not on the dancefloor but that was never the case. Deven ensured that our dancefloor remained full the entire evening. The way he switched genres and catered to all age groups across the reception was amazing. He did a superb job and it is a massive credit to him! We can say that we had an amazing reception and a massive reason for that was because of Deven!! I would recommend him to anyone looking to use his services as honestly he smashed it and we would love to work with him again. Top top DJ and even better guy. We had so many guests coming up to us throughout the night (and days after!) telling us how amazing the music was. Deven, went above and beyond. Gave us the best memories on our wedding day. His set was truly amazing and kept us dancing on the dance floor. We had the best experience working with Musical Movements and especially DJ Deven who went above and beyond to deliver us a number of different music sets for our wedding reception across the following: 1) Drinks reception – Deven provided us with a classy strings and saxophone background music playlist that helped to welcome our guests and set the tone 2) Dinner set – We shared with Deven just how much we loved Amapiano music in one of our initial conversations with him and how we wanted to use the dinner period to focus on this genre. Little did we know that in the background Deven had spoken with the violinist and saxophonist to surprise us on the day with a live set of them playing over our favourite tracks – quite literally the stuff of dreams! 3) Band performance – The Bando delivered an incredibly fun and energetic set which started in amongst the tables whilst folks were having their dessert 4) DJ set – We’d tasked Deven with covering a number of genres throughout his set to ensure that the music catered to all. He did a fantastic job of keeping everyone on the dancefloor, avoiding repeats of genres/tracks we’d already heard that evening and the time simply flew by. Great approach, unbelievable energy - we’re very biased of course but it was the best wedding set we’d ever experienced! Thanks team!

We worked with Musical Movements across both of our wedding events, and they were outstanding from start to finish. DJ Rish absolutely nailed the music. He understood the vibe we wanted straight away and kept the dancefloor full all night at both events, which is exactly what you want. What really set them apart though was the wider team and production side. Sachin, Alfie, and the entire AV/production crew were incredible throughout - so easy to work with, super responsive, and always accommodating, even with last-minute changes. We had a few challenges on the day, including needing to secure the dancefloor due to an uneven surface, and they handled it seamlessly without any stress. One of the biggest moments of our wedding was playing a video during cocktail hour on a large 4.5m x 3m screen and they executed this perfectly. It was such a key part of the day and ended up being one of the standout highlights for our guests. The lighting and overall production were on another level. It completely transformed the space and created an atmosphere that genuinely made it feel like we weren’t in the UK - exactly what we wanted. So many guests commented on how immersive it felt. They also did an amazing job with the custom dancefloor print, which looked incredible and really elevated the overall setup. Overall, a brilliant team to work with - professional, flexible, and genuinely invested in making everything run perfectly. Couldn’t recommend Musical Movements enough.
