The Wedding Room

We hired the Wedding Rooms for our vow renewal at Kinmount House. They were really easy to work with, accomodating to our requests and there was a few wee hiccups on the day which they sorted really quickily. The rooms and set up was incredible and they even made us a custom sign. Overall, 10/10 would recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

Our wedding reception at Easterbrook Hall, Dumfries, on 9th July 2026 was made even more special thanks to the Wedding Room. From our initial contact with Daniel to the day itself, their customer service was outstanding, with friendly communication and genuine attention to every detail. We chose a beautiful sage green theme, and the room was styled perfectly. The centrepieces created a stunning focal point on each table, while the coordinating chair sashes were a finishing touch that tied the whole room together beautifully. Everything was well coordinated, and our guests commented on how nice the room looked throughout the evening. We also hired one of their post boxes, which was both practical and beautifully presented, providing the perfect place for people to leave cards and well wishes. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the finished result and would highly recommend the Wedding Room to any other couples planning their big day.

Decor🕯️ - The Wedding Room What a great supplier this bunch are. Our ceremony and tables were absolutely breathtaking and classy which was down to the top quality items available to order. Daniel was great to deal with, responsive and informative in emails whilst we pinned down exactly what we wanted. If that wasn’t enough, Jamie saved my bacon by redesigning the welcome sign, table plan and table numbers when I ran in to copy right issues with my design for printing and applying to the acrylic signs. A team of total professionals who undoubtedly put themselves under a lot of pressure trying to get us sorted which they did out of the goodness of their hearts, i could not recommend them more and cannot imagine what the hours before our wedding would have looked like without their help! Wonderful service, beautiful stationary and seamless experience! Daniel and Jamie took such good care of us and answered all of our questions and were on top of all our changes and needs. We used there services multiple times for our wedding from chairs to stationary. Everything was beautiful and brought to life our vision for our special day/s.
