Qudos-Audio

I am very disappointed with the service from Dean and Qudos Audio. After requesting AV equipment for a large event, I received a quote that I was happy to proceed with immediately. We made a few adjustments to include additional equipment and confirmed our intent to move forward. However, when Dean resent the updated invoice, he unexpectedly increased the price, explaining that due to another inquiry, he decided to retract the small discount originally offered, stating it was at his discretion and he didn’t have to honor it. I agreed to the new price and was that old the booking form would follow but then to make matters worse, he then canceled our entire booking, saying he preferred to go with the other event as he would make more money from it. This unprofessional behaviour has left me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied with their service.
