JPS Events - Sound & Light

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They organised an ABBA tribute night at Huntingdon Racecourse on the 20th June 2026, despite the fact they claim only to be supplying lights and sound, JPS Events is the only contact email and phone number. My wife purchased 4 tickets for £102.50 in January 2026. On Monday 15/06/2026 she contacted Huntingdon Racecourse about parking and was informed that the event was not going ahead as the company JPS had not confirmed with them and have not confirmed another event advertised for September. They are still selling tickets for both events. I contacted them via phone and was told it was nothing to do with them they were only supplying lights and sound but he would contact the people involved and get them to send my wife and email, she received an email this morning 4 days before the event, and it was from JPS Events. Something very strange is going on, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, IT'S A RIP OFF

We stepped into the unknown and appointed a professional AV company for the first time. JPS was recommended to us to handle all our audio and video requirements for our 50th anniversary event, to be held in a marquee. They did not disappoint. Theo, Emmanuel, and their team were patient and calm, accommodating and flexible; most importantly, the sound and visuals were spectacular. Everyone who attended was so happy. The team took a huge responsibility off our shoulders and exceeded all expectations. The sound was crystal clear, the large LED screen was as good as anything seen at a rock concert, and it was all set up, explained, and dismantled in a quick, quiet, and respectful manner. JPS have a vast selection of owned equipment, allowing them to accommodate last-minute changes as well. We will be using JPS again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Been working with JPS all round the world for the last 15 years. Always deliver and more. They own the equipment. So there is no sub hiring. It’s all there and ready to roll! Recommend.

We had no experience doing anything like this before and Theo made the experience very easy. its was all set up for us and any issues they were always on hand. already booked for next year.
