Sound Generation

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Sound Generation at our wedding. We’d been to another wedding DJ’ed by Callum and hadn’t been able to leave the floor so knew we’d love to have him at ours, and he was every bit as fantastic: the dancefloor was a hit from beginning to end, and he’d also been so supportive with music for the ceremony earlier, providing mics for speakers, and also playing music for a line dancing session we hosted. James, with whom we’d been in contact to make all the arrangements beforehand, was just brilliant: so responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The day was totally stress-free! Thank you both so much and we’ll be begging you to do the music for an anniversary party soon!

We used Sound Generation for our wedding and they were amazing. James at SG was fantastic. He talked us through all the options and helped us decided exactly what we wanted. We had a DJ, Angus and a singer Ulrika. They were an incredible duo, warm and friendly and they gave us exactly what we wanted and more. The dance floor was never empty! Highly recommend!

We used Sound Generation (specifically their DJ, Angus) for our wedding in Richmond in May 2026 and had a 10/10 experience! James, Angus and the Sound Generation team were a dream to work with. They were incredibly professional, created an amazing dance floor atmosphere, and helped us so much with the wedding planning process. We got a lot of compliments on the music, and we are so happy that we worked with Sound Generation for our special day. Thank you James, Angus and everyone at Sound Generation!!

We first came across the Briggs street players when they played at our friends wedding back in 2021. After hearing their talent live, we asked them to travel out to Ibiza for our own wedding in 2023. The responsiveness and professionalism from James and the team throughout was incredible. They were amazing from start to finish, helping us to arrange all the logistics in the lead up (and most importantly getting the band to Ibiza!). We absolutely loved the range of music and there wasn’t one person not on the dance floor all night! We’d choose you time and time again. Thank you all so much, Georgia & Mitch

Catrin and Fiona were a harp and cello duo for my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They played beautifully together and were kind enough to learn 3 new pieces specifically for my wedding. Their performance added a great deal of calm elegance to my wedding, and I am so thankful that Sound Generation suggested them to me. I am forever in love with harp and cello pieces and wished I could hire them for all my future events. I would also like to thank James, who was immensely helpful and friendly over email, as I was planning a destination wedding.
