What a lovely company to deal with. We had booked one of their bouncy castles back in April but due to strong winds and bad weather they immediately gave us the option of cancelling with full refund or booking for another date, we went for the later date. Great communication leading up the day and they arrived a head of schedule to get things set up. The owners themselves were lovely and things were set up really quickly. The bouncy castle itself was in great condition, clean, looked new, and all the relevant safety features were put in place. Do not hesitate to book with these guys. Thanks again .

Amazing customer service. Arrived on time and made sure everything was perfect for our party. The quality of the assault course and the Dinosaur bouncy castle was the best i have seen. Kids loved them. Will absolutely be getting back in touch for our future events.

We have used USB for the Carrongrange High School family fun day for the past few years. the service provided is fantastic, families love the inflatables and the staff are amazing with the young people.

We hired the 10m by 6m marquee with tables and chairs for parents golden wedding. Communication before our event was excellent. Guys who came to set up were friendly and efficient. Everything was great and exactly what we needed! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing company, so punctual, were there exactly when they said they would be. Great correspondence throughout the full booking. Very clean and was cleaned infront of us before the kids arrived. Top class, would absolutely use again and highly recommend.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. USB provided me with a helter skelter, shooting range and ‘beat the buzzer’ during my 60th birthday celebrations at Bannockburn House. What can I say, it went down an absolute treat and will be spoken about for a long time to come. Kaleigh, you were friendly, helpful and informative from the onset and dealt with all my requests efficiently. Your team who delivered and removed the items on the day were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, USB are a fantastic team who are friendly and professional. Will certainly be back in touch when the occasion arises. Thank you again for helping my 60th party a memorable one.
